Installing the Create a World tool to work with The Sims™ 3 on Steam

I just installed CAW for TS3 with Steam on my Windows 10 64-bit PC and I can now vouch that this terrific guide worked perfectly. It took about 5 minutes.
*I have a default install location for TS3 on Steam.
*I downloaded CAW 1.67 version, which is compatible with Steam's TS3 1.67 version.
Mayday! Mayday! Mayday! I'm pretty sure I just jumped into the deep end wow, Its overwhelming!
