Greenlea is a lovely modern home! Very nice stone exterior texture, colour and the flowers and flower cart are pretty! Very nice front patio sitting area and great pool and loungers area! ! Very nice outdoors dining area for Sims to enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and eating them at the umbrella covered table in the outdoors air. Very lovely furnishing of the interior! Very nice open plan living, dining and kitchen area! Very nice windows sofa and armchairs sitting area to enjoy watching tv, reading books and listening to music in the sunlight . The three in one item looks great there! Nice sunny sunflowers for sims to look at and the fish bowl is a nice touch. Very nice kitchen and dining area! The utensils, hanging pans, and cookie jar are nice home kitchen items. Very nice corner dining area and the plants wallart is nice touches of calming nature on the wall. Very nice blue and brown colour scheme of the bedroom. The candles are pretty on the bedside tables. Very nice computer study desk corner nook.

Stoney Croft is such a lovely home for students! Very pretty exterior design, stone and brick wall textures and lovely flower box arch windows! Very nice backyard area for Sims to enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating outdoors, having drinks from the keg, and enjoying playing ping pong or the guitar. The flowers are pretty! Very nice furnishing of the interior and open plan layout of the kitchen, dining and living room! The colour scheme is very nice! Very nice semi circle armchairs sitting area to enjoy watching tv, reading books from the bookcase or reading the magazines on the coffee table. The fruit bowl is a great touch on the dining table. Very nice kitchen nook! The stone wall texture,cute dog plant, and homely touches of the wall calendar, display plate, paper towel,utensils and drinks bottles are nice. The floral wreath is pretty! The robotics station and computer room is great! It is very nice that there is a group study area for the students to enjoy doing studying and reading at the table together. Very lovely furnishing and colour scheme of each of the bedrooms! They are all very individually furnished so very nicely! They are very nice! It is nice there is a child’s room as well.

Little Acorns is a lovely modern micro home! Very nice exterior design, calming wood texture and great sloped roofing! The tropical plants and trees are lovely! Very lovely glass roof outdoors living and bar patio! Sims will enjoy sitting on stools having a drink from the bar, listenig to Linz speaker music or sitting resting on the sofa and armchairs chatting. They will like playing the guitar. The candles on the table and bar counter are pretty! Very nice pool and loungers area. Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating outdoors in the outside air. They will have fun playing chess. Very nice furnishing and open plan layout of the interior! The yellow and black colour scheme looks very great! It is nice there is a computer desk area in the kitchen area for Sims to enjoy using the computer. Very nice sofa nook to enjoy watching tv, reading books and listening to music.The patterned rug in the bathroom is a great touch! The floor tiling is very nice.

Cast-a-Waves is a very lovely modern island beach home! The name is great! Very lovely exterior design, stone and wood wall textures, and very nice exterior design and angled roofing! Very lovely patio areas! Very nice outdoors dining area for Sims to enjoy cooking on the grill and eating food at the umbrella covered table. The candles are pretty on the table. Sims will have fun playing ping pong and enjoy playing the guitar. Very lovely pool area! They will enjoy sun bathing on the mats or sitting at the table listening to music. Very nice loungers area, and the outdoors living sitting area with the chairs around the round table and the pretty floor rug is very lovely! Bearfoot Lodge is a lovely warm and natural family lodge cabin home for Granite Falls! Very beautiful exterior design, wood texture, lovely balconies and pretty flowerbox windows! The flowers through outdoors areas are pretty! Very nice chess area on front porch and lovely balconies with armchairs, sofa and loungers seating , games, violin and gym areas ! The Sims will like keeping fit using the fitness equipment , and have fun playing llama tabletop game. Very nice back porch area for Sims to enjoy cooking on the bbq and dining outdoors. They will enjoy doing woodworking and playing horseshoes. Very nice campfire area to sit on camping seats around fire and toast food. The pool with flowers and rocks on edges is lovely! Very lovely and homely furnishing and layout of the interior! The natural colours are lovely! Very nice open plan layout of the kitchen, dining and living areas! Very nice wood flooring,and the shoes rack and coat shelf are homely near the entrance. Very nice dining chairs that suit well the world. The fireplace area in the living is lovely for the Sims family to enjoy sitting on the armchairs, sofa and cute teddy chair chatting near the fire. Kids will have fun playing with the toys. Very nice kitchen design and Sims will like cooking meals on the older style stove. The trees floor rug is a nice touch. Very lovely furnishing of each of the bedrooms! The kids bedrooms are so very sweet and cute how they are furnished!
