Dovecote is a DNA Request build for @Bubbz3388 a traditional family home with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining rooms, study, music and games rooms plus an attic with gym space. Many outdoor activities including swimming pool, bbq, toddler and kids areas, gardening, beekeeping and much more
The exterior design of Dovecote is very nice! Very nice design of the roofing! The stone and wooden texture of the exterior walls, and the types and placement of the windows used looks very nice! Very nice roof covered front porch, for Sims to enjoy resting on the seating there looking at sims passing by. The outdoors areas are very nice! Very nice pool and outdoors living area . Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool, or relaxing on the seat poolside having a drink from the drinks tray.Nice nook area for kids to have fun on the slide, in the kids wading pool, and playing with the toys. Very nice bbq area for Sims to enjoy cooking outdoors and eating meals at the table in the shade of the umbrella. Kids will have fun on the swing. It is nice that there is an art nook for painting outdoors.,The flowers through the outdoors look very pretty! Very nice warming furnishing of the interior of the home! The green, orange, and salmon pink colour of the living, games, study and dining rooms looks very nice. Very nice layout of the living room ! Sims will enjoy resting on the sofa there watching tv in the corner nook, or have fun playing the llama table top game, with the fireplace keeping the room warm. The type of green curtains used looks nice. The stone texture of the tv wall in the games room gives a nice look to the room. Sims will have fun playing foosball, chess and darts there. Very nice curtained windows alcove dining area! Sims will enjoy dining at the table with sunlight coming in through the windows, and listening to juke box music. The flowers are pretty for Sims to see when dining. The kitchen wall tiling looks nice. It is nice that there is a music room for Sims to enjoy playing the piano, or relaxing there in the armchair listening to the music being played. Very nice furnishing of each of the bedrooms and the nursery! The walls pattens in kids rooms look very nice, and very nice type, colour and placement of the curtains in the master and guest bedrooms. Toddlers will have fun playing with the mushroom doll house! Nice gym nook in the attic for Sims to keep fit using the fitness equipment.

Gotcha is a DNA Request build for @Groarkey18 a bachelor pad for a Police Detective using basegame and the Get to Work pack only. Open plan modern living areas and study on the ground floor and bedroom, bathroom and gym on the first. There is an art studio on the second floor and a hidden basement which acts as a Police HQ and includes office, interrogation room and prison cells. Outdoor areas include swimming pool, chess patio and upper balcony with bbq dining, bar and lounge
Gotcha is a very nice bachelor pad for a Detective! The name of the home is great! The Modern design of the exterior looks very nice. Very nice design and furnishing of each level of the home, both indoors and outside. The basement level Police HQ looks great! It looks great that there are prisoner cells, the police office room, and an interrogation room there! The map is a great touch on the office wall. Very nice black, grey and green colour scheme of the home. The open plan layout of the living areas looks very nice. The chequered kitchen wall tiling looks great. Sims will enjoy sitting on the bar stools having a drink from the bar. The dining room is a very nice light filled area for Sims to enjoy eating meals with sunlight coming in through the windows. It is nice that the octogonal coffee table is in the living room. Sims will enjoy resting on the seats there watching tv. The police portrait photos on the wall is a great touch! The detective will like using the fitness equipment in the gym to keep fit. Very nice upper level art area. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel there. It is nice that there is a study room for Sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer or sitting on the chair reading a book. The Master bedroom looks very stylish.Very nice outdoors areas! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool. The turtles prints on the base of the pool looks great! They will enjoy playing chess outdoors in the air, and doing crafting on the woodwork table. Very nice outdoors living lounge , dining and bar patio! Sims will enjoy sitting chatting on the sofas there, listening to radio music, or to other sims playing the guitar. They will enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and eating the food at the umbrella covered dining table.
