Yes and no. They're disguises, not genetics. If a twin were to cosplay a character they wouldn't exactly look the same. Should the aliens choose to have the exact same size that's one thing.

But you’d think alien twins would want to be obviously related even disguised. And I think the disguises might have an effect on genetics?
Supposedly they're supposed to, especially when having children with non-alien Sims; disguises are supposed to play a factor in the genetics of the children, at least if it's going to be a human child. I think if it's an alien child the disguise would also default to the genetics of their parents just as much as their true form. I'm not sure if this is still working as it should.
