I've always had a soft spot for Stiles McGraw since he was the husband of my sim in either my first or second save when I first got the game.

After much tweaking. I can't stand weak jaws but I only changed the slider position a little because I didn't want to give him a manly jaw and change his appearance completely. I also darkened his eyes a little as they looked a little dead to me.

Sometimes I alter an original sim more, just using them as a base for creating a new sim with a new name. I've done that with Vladimir Schlick and Gunther Goth a few times.
@cwaddell Thanks I mostly use my own sims as bases for new sims but I have changed some townies to the point where they are nearly unrecognizable because there was something about them I liked but not enough to keep the whole.

Another way I create new sims is to combine the genetics of two sims from my bin using CAS and then tweak them. I wish that the game genetics would blend features from the two parents rather than just using a copy from one of the parents. Tweaking the genetic results in CAS I can blend the features. From two sims I create 6 genetic combos and will often end up with more than one sim I want to keep. I really enjoy creating new sims this way.
Although I am not good at making Asian sims (odd, given I am half Japanese and know many Japanese people ), I decided to give Leighton Sekemoto another try. I did him a while back and had a lot of fun playing him with Gunther as his partner. They had many beautiful children
Leighton in his original state. I know I said I am no good at making Asian sims but Leighton's eyes belong on an alien, not a supposedly Japanese sim!
In his female form he could easily be mistaken for an alien if I changed the skin colour!
I used a Kurosoberina skin to make him look a little more Asian but I am still not happy with him but, having said that, I am a lot happier than with his original version.

I just bought Roaring Heights and remembered seeing David Morgan in others' pics and thinking he looked okay so he was my first stop when I loaded the save.
David is an adult when a new save is started.

David aged down. Aging down softened his face considerably but it made the female face way too long as his jaw height is lower than I would ever use on my own sims, although it does add a certain manliness to the male form which, unfortunately, translates into horsey for the female version.
I lifted his jaw, amongst other tweaks, and he has lost the manliness he once had but I am quite happy with the result and the female version is actually quite pretty and, if I placed him in my saves, he would probably start as a female.
Final version as female. I didn't bother changing the hair or clothes since this was just for a quick look.

If David Morgan has been having an affair with Samantha it's probably because he sees his wife as she once was. They both have the same amorphous nose and overly rotated eyes. It reminded me of Kate Bush's Babooshka

@Mikezumi Do Delores Miller Her face needs no tweaking just a new hairstyle since she has 40s hair.I actually like her penciled brows but even then the most you will need to do is hairstyle and brow.Curious how you will make her look and dress her.I like her lips it's her best feature she has that old Hollywood Starlett face.In RH since you have it now

@mikezumi I thought you were gonna give her modern hair and clothes,doll her up 2018 style.And yes something about girls switching to guys and get Mr Potato Head noses but yet it seems like male townies gender switched become pretty female sims.Even from all your past ones you shown it it always like the men look better as women
@CravenLestat I wouldn't know 2018 style if it bit me on the butt! Heck, I never followed fashions but if I were to date my style I would have to say 70s and 80s style are more my cup of tea
@Mikezumi Are you taking requests?! I desperately need a Bella makeover. She is so pretty in Sims 2 and Sims 4 (from watching Remi Marocelli's Sims 4 videos, I don't have it) but when she ages up in Sims 3 she has a very unfortunate nose and chin, just like her mother, Jocasta. I've tried tweaking her to make her look more like her Sims 4 pretty self, after all she's supposed to be beautiful, but by the time I'm done she doesn't look like herself anymore, can't get the nose right. I'd love to see her look more like her Sims 4 self, or just not be so … ugly.
@ZeeGee I am in-game now so have hands full with getting teens Prom dates but will give Bella a go for you tonight. Can't guarantee anything because you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear
@ZeeGee Bella got two quick birthdays. I didn't bother changing hair, clothes, traits that she aged up in when I saved her sim file although I did a quick makeover of my tweaked version for the CAS and in-game pics. She needed a lot of work but I think I managed to retain some of her original look.
