i need to delete seasons and reupload it

I'm told the earbuds in game broke and I need to delete seasons

and re upload it. is there anyway to do that without losing my whole game?

and if I have to completely delete game and reload it how do I keep my sims, homes in my library, some aren't in the library anymore.

Hello
Repairing the game may help. To do that, go to games library in Origin, right click on the sims 4 picture and click repair

Try deleting the cache files and see if that helps

Try starting a fresh new save game and see if the earbuds are working in that new save game.

I tried that I repaired it a dozen times now. its this earpud sims wear in their ears, seems its broke.

oh and causing last exceptions in my game. ive deleted all my mods and it still clams the earbud in seasons broke. I pasted my saves and the tray to my desk. man I lost so much last time this happened. im trying to wait til tomorrow but I know ill work on it until I pass out. lol anything else for I delete it. I dont know how to get my gallery stuff into my personally gallery. I know whats there stays there

The earbuds came with Fitness Stuff pack not with Seasons

if this were sims 3 itd be easy to just delete one game but they did different with this game. it either all of none.

well didn't work mcc is still claiming I have an le so that means I have to delete game. but im gonna force myself to try and get sleep for I start on that stuff. so night and thanks for help. well it is 6am mountain time

Try and get some rest now.
If you haven’t already done this, try deleting the cache files

Then start a new save and see if the issues occur in that save

sorry its all gone...in a way im kinda glad kinda scared. I lost a carbon copy of b.j. tanner last time. I just hope I dont lose my vampire. I hope their in the tray or the saves file which waits on my desktop..

rose, your gonna laugh, y'know what it was... i think its funny when bros and teens figt so i put it on the calendar. it worked the first time, so i did it again. for some reaso ea didnt like it i guess. anyway thats what caused my alnight rukus. so now i get to put it bk together again. like humpty dumpty.

hey im back and in very bad mood went to sleep with game running I have very little in my mods folder. but now if I open my mods folder the folder freezes and wont open. all the others do open. I open it and my mouse just spins, showing a blank folder and eventually I shuts down. so went to bed with one problem solved, just to wake up to another. such is life. but im going to make satin pay and read more chapters lol. im gonna go find crinrict and see how to create a new mods folder with a cfg resource too. so busy busy busy.

okay I just opened my sims 4 file pulled the mods folder out without opening it I saw a mods thingie in my side panel and pulled it out put it in my sims 4 and stuff was there. but it says its a mods copy.

do you think that'll hurt it being a copy?

Hello
Try moving your whole mods folder to the desktop. Launch the game, and a new mods folder will be generated in the sims 4 folder.. Exit the game. Then put your mods/cc from the old mods folder into the newly generated mods folder in the Sims 4 folder and then launch the game and test that there isn’t any issues. Make sure that there is only one resource.cfg file in the mods folder and only one mods folder in the Sims 4 folder.

hmm did what ya said then when I tried to transfer it did same so I guess im stuck with copy version. means I have to redo ww n mc but hey it works. if you'll remember had problems with mod folder before. and when I just ignored it like u said everything worked out. so I guess ill live with one that says copy lol. hope it keeps. got a lot of work to do and only a week to do it. last year about this time I spent day in er with rm, an yr before that pc broke. swbc starts next week and the creep in the boughs of the earth always chooses this time to mess with me. you'd think i'd get use to it.

Are there two mods folder in the Sims 4 folder?

no there's a lip on the side of it with lists of pics pc's quick access stuff like that and I found this mod-copy there. its not there now.
