Hello

It is great that you have started a showcase thread for your builds! Each of the homes are very nice! Very nice design of the exteriors of the homes! The roofing designs look very creatively great! The funishing and the colour schemes of the interiors looks very nice! Pink4Spring is so very pretty! Very nice pink an white colour scheme of the home, and the flower box and greenery on the exterior are nice touches. The wall patterns in the bedrooms and wall paneling in the living room look very nice. Very nice design of the kitchen! It looks very homely! The fireplace nook is great ! Sims will enjoy sitting in front of the fire keeping warm. Very nice windows sofa seats sitting area for Sims to enjoy resting there reading a book or chatting whilst sunlight comes in through the windows.
The design, building and furnishing of each home is very nice!

"Villa Gloria" built for a couple of artists. He has painted all the paintings in the house and there is plenty of space for socializing.

"Airy House" it's a really big house and it's surrounded by nature. The bills are really high, so let us transfer very wealthy sims LoL! Your newest home is very nice!

Very nice architectural exterior design and layout of the build! The roofing design looks great! It looks very nice that there are front steps up to entrance level porch. The garages look great! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The open plan layout of the living, dining and kitchen areas looks nice. Very nice kitchen area. It looks great how the island bar stool counter has been designed, and the fruit bowl, spice set , dish rack , knives set and utensils are great kitchen touches there. Very nice sofa seat sitting area for sims to enjoy resting there watching tv or reading a book. The games room is very nice! Sims will have fun playing card table games, foosball, darts and chess there, as well kids would enjoy using the puppet theatre. Very nice armchairs windows alcove nook for Sims to enjoy sitting and chatting with sunshine coming in onto them. Sims will like having a drink from the globe bar. It is great that there is a laundry room, with double washers and dryers. Very nice outdoors dining and pool patio! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the bbq there and eating the food outdoors in the air at the umbrella covered table. Very nice furnishing of each of the bedrooms! The play, tv watching and computer study desk room is very nice.
It is a very nice family home!
