The DRE you can submit now are about after the Challenge, when everybody's on board of the Jetsetter. It's about the Sims and the shenenigans they're up to while living on the boat.

You don't have to write one, it's optional per episode. It's eventually good to write a couple of DRE's over the season, but with 20 Sims the episode would get really crowded if every Sim would have a DRE in the same episode.

Another 3 hits. And with the hit on D& and H9 by Ninja and Tiger respecively one ship by Bleu and one ship by Yannik is down! Which means that they have failed to defend their Clues on and therefore won't receive one.
