  Well, the first thing I paid attention to was the length of the videos. A lot of people don't have the patience to watch a 30-minute speed build especially when there's no talking. I know not everyone is comfortable or have the resources to make videos with their own audio in the background. It does bring a certain amount of stress on what to talk about to the creator but at the same time, it is more likely to keep the person watching more interested. Obviously, not everyone enjoys to watch speed builds with talking in the background but it's definitely harder to keep interest throughout the whole video. You could like make little jump cuts here and there to make the videos shorter.
  
  I'm not really a builder myself since I have literally no patience to build big projects so I might not be the best person to give critique on anyone's building but I don't think your builds are bad at all (I actually think they're really good)
