Sim stuck under stairs

One of my sims is stuck under the stairs and can't get out. When I have her move she just waves and the request disappears. I tried to reset sim and it didn't work. I went to try to take the stairs out and couldn't do that either. Is there a cheat like with sims 3 that you can put in where you can move unmovable things?

Hmm. No way to put a door or such to help her out? If you don't mind mods, you could temporarily use Andrew's teleporter mod to get her out. Normally I just knock out a wall or something but if she's stuck into the stairs then that's a whole 'nother issue. I believe the reset cheat is broken too so teleporter mod may be your best bet. Oh, you could try to travel to another lot by phone, couldn't you? Does that not work either? Could always move her out then back in the map view.

This has actually been happening to my sims lately in a certain house. I turn cheats on and just teleport them out by shift clicking.

It would be best to do what teajaylove suggested.
Type into the cheat bar
testingcheats true
Press enter
Then shift click a position on the floor and click “ teleport here “.

Thank you. I didn't think about the teleport. I actually sent her to her vet office and back again.
