I'm having issues with my create-a-sim: Stuck processing

A new issue has popped up for me, whenever I go into create a sim, when I add a second sim to the family, that sim's portrait doesn't show up, and when I go to exit and place them in town, the "Edit relationship" screen gets stuck on processing. This just started today.I tried:

1.New Userfolder with no mods, no CC
2.Restarting my PC
3.Clearing my game's cache.
4.Different saves
5.Different neighborhoods.

Dxdiag: https://pastebin.com/qNsV85Sa
Its getting annoying cause I keep having to ctrl alt deleting out of the game.Only thing I haven't tried was repairing game through origin, but I heard that doesn't really fix anything.

And when I first enter the create a sim, let's say the default sim is a male. The portrait shows him as a female with black hair.

I don't understand what can be causing it, I haven't done or edited anything, except updating my AUDIO card.

It sounds to me like you are pulling existing saves into the new user game folder that you are using for testing. What happens when you get a new user game folder, add no content to it, and start up a new game. Same thing?

Same thing.I tried that before posting here.I backed up my user folder, moved it to another spot.Started the game, let it generate everything, went to sunset valley and tried to create a new family, first sim worked okay, second sim started bugging out.

Sorry to say that I've never heard of such a thing on a no content game folder before except where bootleg (pirated) installs are involved. But as you are on Origin, that doesn't seem possible. Since we know your hardware is fine, I'm left thinking you must have a corrupt install of some kind. :/

So maybe try completely uninstalling and reinstalling?

That's usually a very last resort, but from what you have described afraid I don't have any other suggestions.
