This is a long one, lots of photos. After completing Outdoor Enthusiast, Jungle Explorer has beckoned.
I did the first half of this twice because my computer crashed midway. I did cheat back up archaeology and the culture skill (I think it was 4 culture and 7 archaeology before the crash so I popped them back). Sadly Emiliano (Selvadoradian) did not survive the computer crash and was not re-spawned
This is BC (before crash) and Erica has rented a small jungle cabin to stay in. I wish they could just camp. She spent very little time in the villa and slept in the jungle in her tent!
After a bite to eat...
Erica went exploring!
On her first day she happened on a small plane crash (it's usually closed for me)
And made her way across a long rope bridge, near a beautiful waterfall.
She brought her tent, shower and cooler with her and camped out overnight.
The next morning she reached a forgotten temple.
She managed to figure out how to bypass the temple defenses (barely, thank goodness for the trait that makes you fireproof from Freelance Botanist!).
Finally the treasure was hers!
Back at the villa (briefly), Erica worked on her archaeology.
It was shortly after she met Emiliano.
Before she left Selvadorada. Erica managed to get her archaeology up to seven to refine a crystal...
To complete a relic.
All it did was make friends for her.
She visited the bar one more time and made a wish in the fountain.
It seemed to be working.
She and Emiliano were getting on well on her last night, but then it all went wrong!
When Erica returned to Selvadorada it was as if she'd never been there, in fact none of the same people were there either (This is AC - after crash). Emiliano was forgotten, and no amount of searching by the sim god (me) found him. Luckily, Erica bumped in to Andrés Durán at the marketplace.
They seemed to get on great (and I actually prefer her hair after the crash - I had to redo all the outfits).
When she returned home, Andrés phoned her often,
and even managed to visit.
Erica was soon back visiting Selvadorada... and Andrés.
Things are heating up between them.
Perhaps he'll move in, before MCC marries him off!
The rest of the holiday went well.
Andrés and Erica made their way to the Omiscan Baths, where the sim god (me) plopped down a woohoo bush right next to the pool!
They visited other lots and went for a drink in the bar before they left.
(Andrés can do the Rumbasim... who knew!)
Their house is currently undergoing a Selvadoradian make over, to help Andrés feel at home!
Due to the impending arrival, Erica decided to make Andrés feel more at home and had a new house built (as you do when you're pregnant!).
They also adopted a dog. A female Maltese called Loki, she came with that name and the awesome dragon costume!
I briefly moved in Cuddles Forrester (Dylan's dog) to see if I could get them to breed (I wanted to see what a Maltese and a Chow Chow would make!).

Santino was born,
Closely followed by Sprinkles (m),
and Bubblegum (f). .
I had a peek in CaS full edit and Sprinkles grows up fairly Maltese, but Bubblegum is an interesting looking Chow Chow
and Sprinkles
aged up, isn't Bubblegum... precious?
Loki had two pups again, Bacon and Cosmo, both girl pups. Cosmo has been adopted by Taylor Rocca (same as the first two pups) he's fast becoming the crazy dog dude!

I decided to see if I could get a kid taken away for failing school... Santino was my guinea pig!
Mission accomplished! He's living with his 'uncle' (They're distantly related) Taylor Rocca, now. Don't know why he decided not to wash!
Nyla invited Erica out to try and bury the hatchet... unfortunately it was sunny... and the patrons of the fast food restaurant ended up with an unwanted crispy fried vampire...
Erica was bafflingly upset (They really didn't get on).
...Just as well, Andrés died of old age (he was an elder for ever, I wish it would tell you how old he was, but once he got the shiny bar it stopped giving me his age, even though he lasted forever!).

Shortly afterwards the family lost a lot of their money (I deleted it) and had to move to a smaller place.
