I've been having an issue for over a week that i can't install orign on my sisters laptop, it works fine on mine but not for her. and the error code it gives is 14:-1, I'm at my wits end here...if anyone can help, that'd be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, I tried doing that, but no luck, I don't know if this helps, but this issue started on the 8th where the day before, it was fine.
Try turning off any firewalls or disabling internet security systems. Windows Defender can sometimes cause issues.
Try clean booting the computer then installing Origin

I did all that, and it is still giving a 14:-1 error
Even if I use a different a different installer, the client would say that it "Can't connect to the server, try again in a few minutes" and if it does, it shows my games with the origin logo
