The exterior design and the layout of Caria is very nice! Very nice design of the patterned roofing! The lavendar is homely along the front of the home. It is great that there are pool and outdoors cooking and dining areas in the backyard. The gnomes riding the flamingos in front of the water fountain look cute! Very nice upper back balcony for sims to enjoy sitting outdoors in the air. The layout and furnishing of the interior of the home is very nice! The wall patterns in the kids bedsrooms and playroom are very nice, and the frog, turtle and dinosaur floor prints /rug are cute! The flowers on the bedside tables in the master bedroom are pretty for sims to see when in bed. It is great that there is a small pets habitat in the home! The floor rugs in the staircase area adds a nice look to the area, and the open plan kitchen and dining area is very nice.

The exterior of Rose is very nice! It looks very nice the type of windows that you have used for the home. The corner nook seat benches outdoors sitting nook with the bird bath is a nice touch in the backyard. Very nice layout of the interior of the home. The wall patterning adds a very nice look to the kitchen and dining area. The green and white colour scheme of the bedroom looks very nice, and the birds pictures on the bedhead wall and flowers on the bedside tables are nice for sims to see when they wake up in the mornings.

Esania is a very nice Fairytale themed pool venue! The mushrooms shape of the buildings and the items on the roofing to reflect the spots looks creatively great! The floral greenery looks very nice on the exterior walls. The pink, blue and purple blossom trees add to the very nice fairytale look of the venue and the pink colour of the pool water looks great! Sims will enjoy swimming there.The floral water fountains and the fairy sculptures look very nice in the build.

The exterior design of Trecia is very nice! Very nice roofing design! The flowers and plants upper balcony is a nice touch. Very nice front porch for sims to enjoy sitting there in the outdoors air. The backyard area looks great! Sims will enjoy swimming in the lilypads pool and kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars and slide .Nice picnic table and bbq outdoors dining area for sims to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors in the sunshine. The fenced flower garden is very pretty! Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The pink colour scheme, pink patterned walls , butterflies on the wall and flower floor prints look very pretty there. Sims will have fun playing chess on the chess table. The black and grey colour scheme of the bathroom and the triangular bath tub there, looks very stylish. Very nice green and brown colour scheme of the master bedroom. The circular floor rug is a nice touch there, and it is great that there is a full length mirror for sims to check their appearance in. They will enjoy resting in the armchair. The combined kitchen and dining area looks very nice. The fish tank is a nice touch in the home.

This is Modern Wave it's basically a health center has enough to work as a spa, gym, or pool so it tells me there is always room to just toss in whatever is missing though.

Modern Wave is a very nice Health Centre and Gym! There are many great activities to do at the venue to help the health of the sims. Very nice exterior of the venue. The patterned windows give a very nice look to the build. The outdoors pool patio is great for sims to enjoy swimming in the pool or sit at the tables having a drink from the bar in the outdoors air. Very nice open layout of the interior. Esch area of venue looks great! It is very nice that there are areas where sims can have a relaxing massage in the chair or on the massage table , or rest in the sauna. They will enjioy using the fitness equipment to keep fit. The patterned flooring design where the treadmills and weights machines are looks great! It is a great touch that there are lockers in the build.
It is a very nice health centre venue for sims to enjoy visiting!
@rosemow thanks sug' I really enjoyed putting this together, I ended up finishing the shell before I even knew what I wanted to put inside but in the end it worked out as I wanted.

Sprusa is a very nice Springtime home! The front roof patterning, the greenery on the walls, flower box windows and the flowers on the front edges of the home look very pretty! The bird bath is a nice touch on the front porch. Very nice fenced backyard area for sims to enjoy growing plants in the gardening box. The layout of the interior looks very nice. Very nice white and green colour scheme of the home. It is great that there is a corner laundry nook in the kitchen and dining area.
The home is a very nice place for a family to start their simming life in the game
@rosemow thanks sug' I enjoyed putting it together I had to get used to building again my last two real homes were in ts2 and building is so different still fun though.

Very nice design of Samesa It is great that there is a pool in the backyard for sims to enjoy swimming, and kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars. The corner nooks look great! Nice outdoors bbq cooking and dining area. Very nice layout of the interior of the home! The open plan kitchen and dining area looks very nice. The kitchen cabinets look very nice how they have been placed there. It looks great the way that the sofas have been placed in an L shape to create a sitting area for sims to relax and watch tv . It is great that there is a music room for sims to enjoy playing the keyboard or guitar, and have fun karaokeing! The flower floor rugs and the aquarium are nice touches in the kids bedroom.

Terrace Way Coffee is a very nice cafe venue! The diamond water fountain features are special for Sims to see when coming to the venue. The floral greenery looks pretty on the exterior walls and the dome type windows look great. The glass roofing looks very nice! Sims will enjoy the sunlight coming in through the roofing whilst relaxing in the chairs or on the sofa indoors, reading a book and chatting. The fish table is a nice touch there. It is nice that the dining area is outdoors on the terrace. Sims will enjoy ordering food and drinks from the espresso bar and eating and drinking them outside in the air.

@rosemow Thanks sug' I really like how those roofs came out I had to use them with something I ended up liking how it turned out I wasn't sure about it at first.
