Good question, @LegacySims2017 ! I've been meaning to write out the rules. It's pretty simple--basically just a Pinstar legacy with dogs instead of non-dog Sims as the heirs... I'll put the guidelines up (along with a few tips I've discovered along the way) when I get some spare moments!
