  House #1, because it looks like the ground floor room on the right is lower. If it has split levels, it is more interesting internally.

  I chose House 2 cause it's a bit more modern-looking so it looks more fitting for him.

  The house I chose has more 'curb appeal', but I wanted to see the interior. A person who desires to become a Chef has need of THE KITCHEN. It must be up to 'specs' and quality appliances. We're talking gas stoves as opposed to an electric one, because any Chef worth their salt knows a gas oven RULES.
