The patch seems to have broken a bunch of texturing. Mod issue or no?

I haven't tested this issue with my Mods folder empty yet. I will later. But i decided to go on and report this issue. I have an image.
These are just the issues i've encountered and screenshotted. There might be more issues i haven't encountered. I saw some similar issues in a couple of the Simoligy panels and the loading screen going from the main menu to manage worlds was transparent, though i didn't screenshot either of those.
So, has anyone else experienced these? Is it a mod issue?

There has been many mods broken by today’s patch.
If you have the 'More CAS Columns'' or “UI Cheats Extension”mods they are broken. It would be best to remove them and wait for an updated version to be released.

hello. I have checked the broken mods from the websites you have provided. removed the mods, go back into the game, but what @LyricSimsz15 experienced, I am still experiencing. Are there any broken mod not on the lists? I is confused.
There can always be broken mods & CC that aren't on the list. It relies on reports from modders and players.

As luthien said, there will be other broken mods/cc that are not on the list.
Move your mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and test to see if that helps the issues. If it does help, then put your mods/CC back into the newly generated mods folder in the sims 4 folder one by one or in batches and testing the game after each one to see which is the cause of the problem. Put one item or batch in , test the game , take it out. Then test another one, to find the cause of the issue.

I hope that you will be able to soon find the mods/cc that are causing the issues. Try starting with testing the mods first.
