Warehouse 33 is a great sci-fi Nightclub! @sawdust The design of the exterior and roofing looks very great! The numbers 33 using the pool lights is a special touch! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the venue! The dance floor area looks great! Sims will enjoy dancing to the dj booth music, and the patterbed wall lighting rectangles give a great look to the area! Very nice bar area. The robobouncer and alien dancers are a great creative idea! The drinks shelves are a nice touch on the walls. Very nice design of the upper level lounge and stage area. It looks very nice the way the tables and chairs have been placed in a semi circle around the stage. Sims will enjoy sitting there listening to the musical instruments being played and singing. Very nice long sofa seats sitting area for Sims to rest there and chat. Very nice pattrned flooring on the basement level! The lighting throughout the venue looks very effective!
It is a very nice nightclub!
SIMS please give us more color selection in furnitures (BEDS) and build items (WINDOWS). I am begging you, so many perfect windows for the perfect house BUT TOTALLY OFF COLOR SCHEME. I'm talking more specifically to those large brown windows with the curved top? I love y'all, been with y'all since day one. I dont know what discussion is appropriate for this, so forgive me if this doesn't go here.
YALL MAKIN A NEW PACK BUT AINT GIVE A SIMMA WHITE WINDOWS!
The Samurai’s home is very special The background details of the home, and the planting of the cherry blossom tree in memory of his wife is very lovely Very nice exterior design, outdoors areas and layout of the interior of the home! The outdoors porch area looks great! It is nice that there is an outside laundry area with a wash tub and clothes lines. Sims will have fun playing chess in the porch nook. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The study room is great! It looks very nice the way the stools have been placed around the table. Very nice design of the kitchen! It looks very nice how the cabinets have been placed there, and the patterned ceiling lights add a nice look to the room. The flooring in the bedroom looks great! The Asian type pictures are a nice touch on the bedroom walls. The branch divider is a nice touch at the foot of the bed, and the clothes racks are a homely touch.
It is a very nice Japanese themed home!
Washing Well Laundromat looks great! @Blastboom The brick and old wooden texture of the exterior and interior walls gives a great industrial look to the build, and the awnings are a nice touch over the windows. Very nice layout of the interior. The floor tiling suits well the type of venue. Nice nook area with the row or combo washers and dryers. The large piping going into the other row of washers and dryers looks great!
It is a great laundromat build
Here's a very small cottage I made for the latest round in the BuildnShare Challenge #88 - A Fairytale Cottage. I thought I'd share it here if anyone would like to check it out. Hope y'all love it as much as I do!
Storybook Cottage looks so very pretty! @Karababy52 The exterior design of the home and the roofing looks great! The stone texture of the exterior walls and the greenery on it looks very homely. The pink flower box windows and the flowers through the outdoors areas are very pretty! The lilypad pond is very nice for sims to enjoy fishing in, The birdhouse is a nice touch and the bunny is cute! Very nice design of the gazebo! The floral trellises look very nice. The pink and purple colour scheme looks very pretty! The custom fireplace in the bedroom is very creatively made!
It is a very pretty fairytaleish cottage!
Thank you so much for your lovely comments @rosemow! You always go into such detail, very much appreciated! I've said it before, I'll probably say it again and again, but you're a treasure to this community. *Hugs*
Home Sweet Home
I wanted a home that was small and modestly priced, so I came up with the idea of a refurbished barn. Because the lot is a 20x15, I tried to pay attention to detail and using the space efficiently. I hope that you enjoy!
I also made a household for this house, Melanie Costanzo and her cat, Sagwa.
Tranquil Outdoor Theater
I decided to make an outdoor movie theater that was cozy yet colorful.
This is a 20x20, but could be put on a 30x20 if need be. It has a big screen, popcorn and ice cream machines, bathrooms, grills, and picnic tables with drink trays. There's also two snack machines in the bathrooms. I did not put any pet foot bowls out, but there are places for them if you wish to. I put a lot of effort into this, so I hope that you all enjoy! Thanks for looking!
Blossom Cottage
This was my first real attempt at building a larger house from scratch. Figuring out what to do for the outside was surprisingly difficult compared to the interior design. There are three bears as I also submitted this for the QC 31 contest.
This was for Rosemow's apple kitchen challenge. The rug is supposed to look like different colored apples.
Graham decided to stop in while I was taking pictures. He promptly began making popcorn...I guess he was hungry?
This was a room for the Quality Control challenge, in the golden theme of "Midas touch."
The female statue in the corner is supposed to represent his daughter. The plaque above her is a "In Loving Memory" of sorts. I gave a variety of activities such as: the organ, food buffet (with "gold" cheese fountain), drinking globe, painting easel, fireplace/sitting, chess, wall bookshelf, and the violin. I used the mural from City Living in the one room, which hopefully stays in good condition. Also, Elsa decided to walk in and play chess as I was trying to take pictures.
Each of your creations are very nice! ashcrash19 I have posted about them on the other threads. The furnishing of each of the homes and challenge rooms looks very nice!
So I've been binging Grace and Frankie lately and really felt like doing a house with a beach vibe. And this is the result of that. This house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has a laundry room. There is a lovely ocean-view patio at the back. I hope you all will like it!
Your Coastal Home is very nice ! @NickSims The coastal blue and white colour scheme gives a very calming and relaxing feel to the home. I have posted about your build on your showcase thread.
Pinewood is an Alpine chalet/cabin starter home with two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living and dining areas. There is a balcony on the first floor and a garden at the rear with patio and space to add extra activities
Pinewood is a very nice Alpine chalet/cabin starter home! @masajo It looks very warming, and would be calming for Sims to start their sims lives in your very nice starter home. I have posted about your very nice home on your showcase thread .
I'm working on these condominiums near an older one of my duplex builds. Don lives in the larger unit on the right. Its a two story with a bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, living room, and deck. The smaller units on the left are studio suites with a kitchen and bathroom. The main area of these unit belong to the bedroom. The studio units also have a small side deck acting as a dining area and a grill tucked in the back corner for summertime cookouts. Underneath the larger unit on the right you'll find a covered pool and a patio section for parties.
The design and layout of Complimentary Condominiums looks and sounds very great! @brentdegray It is nice that there is a covered pool and outdoors dining patio under the larger unit. The brown and white colour scheme gives a very nice look to the build. It looks very nice how the hedging has been used and placed in the build.
@sawdust that lounge is awesome, I love the sci-fi theme and the mood you set for the lounge! @Heaveness love that Samurai house. I love Asian themed builds, but find them very hard to create. Great Job! @Blastboom great Laundromat! Reminds me of TS3 do you know if sims are able to use laundromats in TS4? Would they take the dirty piles of laundry and put them in their inventories? @Karababy52 love that cottage! so tiny and whimsical @ashcrash19 wow you have so many new builds! The converted barn is definitely my favorite! So cute It's great that each of your builds are so different and so well done. @NickSims great coastal home! I love the way you used the spandrels from Pets to create wood beams across the ceiling. Great idea! (I might be doing this in the future too ) @masajo Pinewood is so clean and pretty. For being a woodsy cabin theme that's definitely impressive! All your work is always amazing. @brentdegray Great condos! I love the modern look and that you've used different sized units. Also, you've fit so much on such a tiny lot!
I've got two new builds Both have been fully playtested
The first is a Hampton's style family home (maybe considered a mansion or mini-mansion?) with a large back patio and 4 bedrooms (including one toddler bedroom) and 5 bathrooms. The basement can easily be expanded to hold items from future packs. I tried to keep this build less cluttered than some of my previous builds. This house can easily hold at least two pets.
The second is a small Southern beach style cottage. It's better budget wise (but I think it's still expensive for its size). It was built on a 20x20 lot. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It can house one small pet (I've placed litter boxes, but they can easily be deleted if you would prefer dogs. It just seems easier to delete unused items than to add necessary ones)

Your two homes are very nice! @oXseashellXo Very nice exterior design of both of them! I have posted a little bit about your homes on your showcase threads.
I just finished my first ship build and I'm pretty happy with how it came out. I did it for the QC Challenge to build a monument to a founder of a sim neighborhood. I built mine in Brindleton Bay which was founded by Capt. Elias Brindleton. The lot can be played as either a museum or a park and has two swimmable fishing holes, playground equipment for toddlers and children, chess, painting easels, horseshoes, and picnic area. The ship has a bridge, galley/mess, crew quarters, hold, brig and head.
