Build Challenge, Build A Village

On one lot. I'm not building in TS4 right now, but love to build. I challenge all you builders (new builders are particularly welcome) even if you have never built before to build a tiny village on one large lot for the fun of it. Pick any Time Period You like!
What would a village have?
A home or building for flats,
a grocery store,
a theater, this could be more movies or a theatre for plays depending on the time period you chose.
a clothing store,
a jail,
city hall,
a pub or bar, (no nightclub) this is a tiny community,
a common town square/circle for town meetings to protest or get together infront of a statue, or fountain etc.
They can also meet in town/city hall.
A school, can even be a one room school like your grandparents may have attended.
a church if you want one, or not. (Or chapel for weddings)
A fire dept.
And of cource a place to relax (tiny park with trees etc.) Up to you how large or small.
A water system, a town can't survive without water, either a silo thingy, or well, or pond or something. (water tower) Cheats are discouraged to get the pond.
This challenge is designed for you to think out of the box, to design buildings that can function as both a store and upstairs living as seen in many towns and cities all over the world and to help you design smaller than normal and enjoy larger lots.
Rules: You do not have to decorate inside but would be helpful so others know exactly what that building is for..living or commerce etc.
The only cheat available is the cheat to get the career rewards (so you can have a jail). No other cheats to get the stuff from buydebug which will not transfer anyway to someone else's game. Like apples laying around etc. No MOO!
Try to think if a small shop for groceries would be larger than a town hall or not..probably not since a town hall is for meetings.
Don't forget to remember your streets (in tile or terrain paint) and make it look believable. Good luck!
You have eight days, real time, to finish this project (if you choose to try) You may furnish or partial furnish to help with the immersion.
You may list this as any lot other than nightclub. (Inorder for others to visit or heck as residential so someone can live in this tiny village)
Upload your progress, and finished village pictures! Talk about what problems you found or ask for tips or give advice in this thread!
Don't worry about what it looks like the project is to help you learn to build outside the box. Have Fun!!!

ETA: You may use the cheat to enlarge objects for cars etc. if you choose to add some cars or taller bushes etc. Happy Simming! (Please use the 64x64 lot for this)
ETA: More importantly, new builders think of yourself as the producer of a movie, and it's up to you to see the set is built to be believeable. Have fun!

I'll give it a shot, but I can never seem to finish such large builds. And 8 days just doesn't seem like enough time for me.
