Launcher issues can't download store stuff

I bought a new computer Saturday, and had to redownload my sims 3 games, and yesterday for a while I was able to download store stuff, but now when I click on the content to install, the sign in window comes up, and won't let me sign in. I put in my info, but the window stays up. I contacted EA, and did the internet explorer reset, they and others have said to do, and it didn't fix it. I also saw on the store website, that it is saying some worlds I have bought, I don't now own. This is so messed up.

I finally got a good computer with a decent graphics card so I could play the sims 3 like I always wanted to play on high graphics, and now I can play it, but without the store content and the worlds I bought, I have no desire to play. I don't even want to play sims 4, as this is so discouraging to me.

I hope someone can help.

    I haven't been playing for a while and just tried to start TS3 while online and the launcher welcome screen came up blank and I thought, now what?, lol

    Don't know if this is related at all, but the TS3 site is down for maintenance today. Saw a notification on the HQ board. So even if that wasn't the original problem, there isn't anything that can be done until the site comes back up and is stable again.

    Well this happened yesterday, and today as well. So don't think it is the problem, so if anybody has any solutions please help. In the meantime I will wait till the maintenance is done, and try again just in case something fixes itself.

    @ 4:18PST - seems to be working now. Don't know what time-zone you're in or where abouts in the world you're in, but for me on the Pacific Coast of North America, it's working.

    Thank you @Nikkei_simmer I found it was up, but still have the same issue. I can't download anything without signing up to the launcher, but can't sign into launcher sooo having the store website up is great news, but sadly I am still stuck sigh.

    Can we confirm on the IE reset that not only are the cache (temporary files) and cookies being cleared, but the option to "Preserve Website Favorites Data" is de-selected? And that this is IE we are talking about and not Edge or the other browsers?

    On your store account not reflecting your prior purchases correctly, afraid only EA Customer Service can help with that. Even the Answers.HQ board helpers cannot access your account or reset it if that is what is needed.

    I will look at it, but the computer is literally only 5 days old, and I have not used internet explorer since I got the computer, but I followed the steps it said to reset it, but it said nothing about that, so I will give it the old college try. I hope this works. If not I guess I am out of luck huh?
