Hello i have the Graham’s Pet Swap Shop an the register in the launch is showing up as a brown box how can i fix this? Please help thank you.Well it seems like allot of my pet shop related items are showing up as boxes how can i fix this an they are not showing up in game either

ok took out the dccache in my Sims 3 documents hoping if i shut the launcher down an reopen an then put everything back that it would work it did not.The pet shop items are still boxes in the installed section in the launcher.So what can i do to get these to show up on the launcher an in game? Please help thank you.:)
