hello I'm having a problem where eveytime my sim works out on the weights after a bit I get a last expectation and it cancels the action and teleports him off the weights
I'd like you to know that I was finally able to find the troublesome file. I had to do a fresh reinstall (after backing up my important files: trays, saves...) and then test each mod/cc folder one by one. Thank you for your help and prompt replies. It's always appreciated when you realize you're not alone when dealing with a problem.

hi! i'm currently playing the 100 baby challenge and when my sims kid ages into a toddler the dad keeps walking in and acting like he owns the place and i have no option to tell him to leave. Yes i play with cc but i loaded it without it and removed everything and it still happened. I tried everything to removed this bug.

Hey its me again. Nothing of the things you said helped, except the starting a new game thing. I cant stop playing my current save with all my family's and all the long generations, so i actually came up with something smart. I went in to the household manager, and deleted as many households i could. lost of old people, people i cant imagine i want to use as a wife or husband or people I've used too much in my story line. I deleted a decent amount and when i went back into my game the freezing had stopped!
But even though that the things you said didn't directly help on this issue, I'm sure i did som good things for my game and my computer, Thank you for helping me, I'm so glad that my issue is now solved!

When I have a Sim in CAS, I noticed that around the mouth, there's those black lines going around, like parts of the face didn't clip with the rest of it. Any ways to change that? Also, when I play the game, my monitor does those weird-lines (kind of like old TVs). Doesn't happen with other games. I'll try to provide screenshots to help see what I mean.

Because you aren't a member yet, you can't post pictures that appear , but you can upload your pictures to a photo sharing site such as imgur or tinypic , then right click the picture on the photo sharing site and copy/paste the image address link here.,
You will need to replace the http in the address with h.t.t.p as you are a new member and can’t post links.
I can then post the pictures for you,

I think that'll work as a "link"? I can't get any screenshots of the oldTV-effect I was talking about, but I can live with that one. Its not too bad. Also (not really related), but I noticed that my Sims can't make friends at work/school. They'll meet the other Sims, and that's that. Friendship bar won't move at all.

The Nvidia graphics cards can cause these issues. Try doing the suggestion in the first post in this AHQ EA thread. The workaround is explained under the “ accepted solution “ section. That took some time, but I tried both things, and it didn't change anything. Oh well, either they need to patch it (Don't know if I'm the only one having this issue) or if its just the game file that bugged somehow. I'll just have them socialise outside of school/work, though its a bit annoying. Thanks a lot for your help!

So my problem is, I saved my game last night and came on to play just now and my Sim was very pregnant in the 3rd term and now she isn't? I'm very confused because at first I thought "well darn my game didn't save" BUT here's the thing, I have photos of her very pregnant self in her inventory that I took in the photo studio a couple days ago. So did my Sim misscarry?? I've never experienced this before lol sorry it's so long

Try recovering an earlier version of your current save game to play, and see if she remains pregnant in that save game version . To do that , go to the main screen of sims 4, and click on the " load game " button.Click on your save game file picture. Then click on the " recover game " button down the right hand side bottom of the screen,. Press on an earlier version of the save game from the menu that pops up. Then load that save game version and test to see if your sim is still very pregnant.

I cant marry because it says my fiancé is under my employ. After doing some research a supposed workaround was to get rid of all other romantic relationships however the cheat does not work. Please advise what to do. This is apparently a BUG that is SEVERAL YEARS OLD. Come on EA.

Try having your sims ask all the other sims that they have a romantic relationship with to “ just be friends” . Then see if that helps the issue.

Nice, that worked then the game froze up and crashed.

Try deleting the cache files and see if that helps
