I just noticed that there is a seperate section now for australian and new zealand players, not sure if it has always been there or I just noticed it.

My question then is, will every country be getting their own section of the forums?

I hope not. It makes me sad to segregate simmers

We used to have our own complete forums, but now we have a section here at the Us forums. We have until the 31st of January to move all our important stuff over and then that one will be shut for good. Personally I'd prefer they just add "country" to the avatar section along with number of posts and rank. At least then we would know instantly where someone is from rather than having to guess.

ps. you do realize there are many countries with their own forum .. we Aussies and Kiwis were the only other English speaking one which is why we got booted back here.

I was thinking something similar a while back but not sure if its against forum rules in our signature space have a flag it doesn't need to be big that represents our country

If they can break the forums up by region (and who hasn't stated at some time what country they're from), I see no reason why not. I seem to recall the Sims 3 forums had country of origin in the avatar section or at least in the profile.
