Problems buying the new stuff pack

Is anyone having problems buying the new laundry stuff pack? I have added the game to my basket about 5 times so far and it's still not came up with a verification notice to confirm purchace, when i click on my basket nothing comes up and say's its empty, i only want to buy one copy lol

Does anyone else have this problem?

Try leaving the Origin site. Then go back to the site and see if you can purchase it then.

Nope, that's not worked, is there a specific time of release for the UK? as i can imagine everyone wanting to buy it at the same time roughly and its causing a lot of problems

Have you tried buying from the origin client? Where are you trying to purchase? The origin site or ea.com?

I couldn't buy it from the website either so I bought it from the origin client, I'm also in the UK

Problem solved, there was a problem with my bank card, it was needing to be updated to verify payment, all sorted now and game downloaded.. thanks for the advice, i always buy my games via this website but it wasn't working for me today either, servers must have been really busy, i went through my origin account and looked at the extra content and saw that i could by it from there, that's when i noticed the problem with my card, thankfully all fixed now.. phew! lol

I think that Origin is having issues.

I normally use the option to get a text message when I log in on Origin, but it took more than 5 minutes before I got one.

Maybe it will work in a few hours, I already bought Laundry Day.

I had no problem purchasing it, but apparently i'm having a problem with the machines not working. i can upgrade them, but I can't do laundry.

Hello @aud_limhing
If you have a shelf above the washer, remove it and see if that helps.
