I've been to Best Buy Canada, Wal-Mart Canada and other places. Nothing.
I think about the only way to protect yourself while buying Simpoints on Origin is to utilize a prepaid credit card. That way, you only utilize the cash amount that you put on the credit card and you can't be charged for more than the cost of the Simpoints...
then the onus is on them.
