I use to be able to visit the Sims 4 page with access to the Store, online Gallery etc. by clicking the word "The Sims" at the top of the page. Now the link is broken and the page is blank.
When I travel to the page via normal routes I can't sign in to browse the Gallery. The log in window never comes up, the page just keeps refreshing.
Is there any help for this please?

Also try using a different browser. Safari was causing issues with another simmer, but Chrome worked.

Could you please try fully clearing your browsers cookies and cache? I had a similar issue myself and full cache clear seems to have solved it.

@sawdust -You might want another browser like SeaMonkey or Firefox to use instead of IE so you can wait for a new computer as those are very expensive.
@sawdust I agree with TadOlson - could you try a different browser?

Selected Community tab to get to the Gallery

The Sign In button does not work. Cannot get to anything to sign in the search in the Gallery.
Using Browse at this point will only show Maxis Curated items.
If the EA ID user has no Maxis Curated items the search shows nothing.
De-selecting the Maxis Curated Advanced option requires Sign In which cannot be completed.
Edit to Add: Google Chrome seems to work and will allow Sign In and search.
Edit: Went back to Firefox.
Gallery changes to Great Britain and able to Sign In, Search etc.
Switched back to US and cannot sign in or use search except MaxisCurated items.
Suggest possible workaround for US users to switch to GB/Great Britain language option.
Maybe try another browser?
Hopefully this is just a one-time path you need to follow and subsequent log ins work directly from Gallery.

I tried several times to post this comment, but I was told that I don't have permission to do that. So, I clicked your name to send a P.M. but I needed to sign in and it, again, looped back to the sign in page of your account. SIGN-INS are a problem all over.
What browser and OS are you using? Does the same thing happen with a different browser or on a different device?
This ^^^ It just started happening for me 3 days ago. Never had problems before... so not sure why it's happening now?
Before - I had only Windows 10 Defender but have recently installed AVG Free again and that is giving me the reason why I can't get through. Is there a problem with EA's own security?
