Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool, and sitting at the umbrella covered tables having a drink from the bar and a chat. The plants add a very nice look to the area. The gazebo and kids playground in the middle of the trailer park looks very nice! Kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars and pirate ship. Very nice dining gazebo! The outdoors kitchen there looks very nice! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ, and eating them together at the picnic tables in the sunshine, It was very nice reading the overview about the park and who the trailers were designed and furnished for to live there. Very nice layout of the main house! The library is very nice! Nice wall of bookcases. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofas reading a book or enjoy painting on the easel. The plants are nice touches of nature either sides of the sofa. The furnishing of the Park Office looks very nice! The green colour of the walls gives a very nice look to the room. The mounted fish on the wall , the collectibles on display in the glass case , and the pictures on the wall look so nice in the room! The sunflowers are a sunny touch on the desk table for the sims to see as they do office work on the computer. Very nice community gardening nook for sims to grow plants in the gardening boxes.

I didn't have time to do the trailer park, but I did get to finish the family! Eddie is an outdoor type of guy. The kind that loves to be out in the forest fishing and hunting, but he also loves a beer and some football. Daughter Charlie is a real daddy's girl, and has the same love for the outdoors. She often comes with him on his trips. She wears a yellow flower necklace that never get's taken off. It was a gift from her dad and she loves it! Brother Sam is a kind boy, although slightly more quiet than his sister. He loves comics, science... and cardigans. Go figure right? Mum Giselle is fun and outgoing, not afraid to voice her opinion, and strong willed. She is the glue keeping the family together.
The Jones family sound and look a very nice sims household to run the Trailer Park! @Laebeth It was great reading the background details to each of the sims. The pictures that you have taken of them sitting together looks very nice. It is nice that Charlie wears a yellow necklace that was a gift from her Dad
Coolsim9999999 is also my origin ID now. I just changed it because its less confusing, etc. --- and I've been thinking about having both the same for awhile.
@brittp123 - I concur - definitely got the trailer park look down! Cool displays in the office too and I like how it kind of looks like it was made of reconfigured trailers. Nice!!!
@laebeth - great family. I'm loving Eddie..he's just perfect!
It's been so long since I played Sims I almost forgot how to post all this stuff!
Great to see so many familiar names still around, and that the QC Challenges are still going
Tried my hand at the previous challenge (wedding venue) but just couldn't make the deadline, and only just scraping this one in!

The layout and design of Beach Keen Caravan Park looks so very nice! @Oliana Welcome back to simming and the forums! It was great looking at the labeled map and seeing what each of the buildings are and what type of sims household that the caravans are for. The beach and sea area looks very great! It is nice that is a tent and camping area on the beach. Sims will enjoy sitting around the bonfire at night time, keeping warm. The string lights look very pretty through the build. The Palm trees add a great look to the build. The community pool area looks very nice! The slippery slide looks great placed through the middle of the pool. Very nice kids play area! They will have fun playing on the pirate ship, or playing the llama table top game. The BBQ deck area is very nice for the sims to come and cook meals togther and enjoy eating the food at the patterned umbrella covered tables in the sunshine. Very nice layout and furnishing of the caravan that you posted the photo of.
It is a very nice beach themed build! It looks great!
Challenge 23 banners are now ready for you to save to your computers, available for the next 4 weeks. Well done everyone on your amazing efforts this month great to see some new faces and old. All the trailer parks looks amazing and unique and love all the great sim families.
my main Sullivan household dancing at one of my children's museums.
Sullivans --- extended family, as well
Tell us about your favorite sims and why you like to play them: The Sullivans
In my main game, my family and their extended family all have §9,999,999 and are genius tech gurus --- start-up geniuses, and all live in the best neighborhood in Newcrest. There are 24 Sullivans, in all --- (three 8-Sim households --- spanning from toddler to great-grandparents).
The Sullivans' are a great, loving family who always get along with each other, their extended family and friends. The neighborhood is a wonderful place for them to live – across from their relatives and a few close friends on asphalt abodes. Twin Oracle Point has my version of Mangolia Blossom park. I added a huge fountain, so that’s a great spot to hang out and grill --- when we don’t just go to the place with two types of monkey bars and a grill on the other side of Rippling Flats. The adults and children have maxed most skils in the base game and packs.
The children’s grandma and grandpa make over §1,300/hour as Start-up Geniuses. I have aging off, so all the adults will always be about 21 years-old forever, as well as their great-grandparents and other adult relatives who live across the street. The 2 girls (both genius/whiz kid) will be about 11 and a half forever. They've maxed all possible children's skills and completed all four aspirations, and they have all possible adult skills, such as charisma, piano and violin, and they love to read the first volume of the programming book!
I added 1 toddler, (Anne Cathleen Sullivan) to their relatives' house, and she will always be a toddler with all her toddler skills maxed. She was named after a descendant from the first generation of Sullivans.
my game play style: I was sick of seeing members of the Sullivan family die --- actually, I built a small house for any elders in that family from generations before the 4 generations, which I currently play because I didn’t want to keep seeing them die --- generation after generation. So, I when the “It’s almost [name of Sim’s] time, message came up on the message wall in-game, I would have the family give the elder(s) a “send-off,” party with a meal and hugs, within a few hours of finding out that it was time. Then, I started the whole Potion of Life deal, and finally, I just decided to turn aging off.
Having a routine is key to managing a large household. It was hard to have such a big family, at first, but now, everyone comes home at 3 p.m., has a snack and does homework or work homework (and they help the children with their extra credit on days when they’ve completed their work homework). Then, there’s play time/dinner or an outing. In the morning, there’s shower time and breakfast oatmeal, and sometimes, browsing Simpedia or chess to get focused before work or school.
When I had aging on, I had about 30 generations in the Sullivan family, and they’ve always been tech gurus --- and after awhile always became start-up geniuses. I didn’t like it when their lives ended, and I played so much that there was a new generation a lot. So, I turned aging off. I try to mix it up on their weekends, especially, so I don’t get bored.
It was so very special reading about your Sullivan family! @coolsim9999999 It sounds like a very special family save game. It is very nice that there are many generations of the family all living together and spending time together. It is nice that you have created your own version of Magnolia Blossom Park. The Sullivans are a very special family for you to have and play in your game
It was very special seeing the pictures of your Sullivans family It is great that they enjoy going to the children's museum and dancing.
Thank you very much @rosemow for your great, detailed review of my Sullivan family ! I'm really happy that you liked the how much time they spend together, as well as with their extended family, that my version of the park is next door and how they like to explore and dance at one of my children's museums, as well as all the generations in the same house ! I'm glad that you liked reading their family history, as well as the screenshots !
@coolsim9999999 it's so interesting to see how different play styles can be! It's so special that you like them that much.. but I could never do this my favourite thing is to see new generations, but I guess that gets a bit boring after 30 gens
I love the new challenge, I haven't started yet though.. I'm pretty sure I'm going to finish it though
