Transferring Game to New Mac

Hi there, I recently purchased a new Macbook Pro and want to transfer my Sims game from the old one to the new one. Because the new MacBook Pro has less space than the old one, I have to manually transfer the files I want instead of using my external hard drive to dump the entire old computer on the new one. How do I go about transferring my Sims game - the game itself and Origin, as well as the files? I want to uninstall the Sims 4 from the old computer once I'm done putting it on the new one.
ETA - if it's relevant, my new one has these specs:
13" MacBook Pro, 2016
2 GHz Intel Core i5
8 GB 1867 MHz LPDDR3 (Memory)
Intel Iris Graphics 540 1536 MB (Graphics)
