  There are a couple of decorative plates that I can think of at the moment. A set of 4 that go on the wall came with the base game, and there is another decorative plate that came with Parenthood.

  If someone sends you a gift I think you might get one . I had one show up in household inventory when someone sent a gift through mail

  I'm getting this too, but I'm not getting a notification saying I got a gift. Maybe the notice but isn't popping up. I also got a pack of vegetable seeds in the mail for no reason I can understand. I have no clue where the came from.

  I have the same thing, they just show up randomly in the family inventory; no explanation.
