Looking for a certain Sim 1 program...

I'm trying to find an old, obscure Sims 1 program called Costume Shop. It renames the skins from the House Party costume trunk and makes them into regular skins. I can't seem to find it, and it would be very helpful because I don't want to have to manually rename all of those files 
Or, if anyone has already renamed the files and are willing to share, that would also be great ^_^
Also, a copy of Skin Doctor might be useful, or better, if anyone knows where to find that...

Just close the annoying Internet Archive bar because it covers the menu and you won't be able to access the program otherwise.
