Terrific Tudor is a very nice home! Very nice exterior design of the home! The roofing and dormers looks great! The textures of the exterior gives the home a very nice look and the open shutter flower box windows look pretty! The plants look nice placed along the front edges of the home. Very nice backyard areas! Kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars and all sims will enjoy diving into the pool. Very nice back deck for sims to enjoy cooking on the BBQ and eating the meal outdoors in the air at the umbrella covered table there. Veey nice sitting area for sims to enjoy relaxing under the shade of the tree. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! It is nice that there is a basement gym and playroom. The living room is very nice! The armchairs look nice placed either sides of the sofa. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there in front of the fire chatting. The pictures on the walls add a nice look to the room. The display shelves items look nice either sides of the fireplace in the corner nooks. The dining room is very nice! The curtains look very nice how they are placed there! Sims will enjoy sunshine coming in whilst eating their meals there. The rose looks pretty on the dining table. Very nice design of the kitchen! The yellow colour of the walls looks sunny. The cabinets look very nice how they are placed on the walls in the room. The curved bar stool and stove counter looks great! The sunflowers on the tables either side of the sofas in the famiy room look cheery and nice. Very nice office room! Sims will have great views of the outdoors through the windows whilst sitting at the desk table and using the computer . The portrait looks great on the wall. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The type of curtains used in the master bed room looks very nice. The wall paneling in the master bedroom gives a nice feel to the room. It looks great how there are two beds in the kids bedrooms with the dressr table inbetween. The pink colour scheme of the girls bedroom looks very pretty! The unicorns and bunny are cute on the dressers! Kids will have lots of fun playing in the playroom! The animal pictures look cute on the wall! They will enjoy doing experiments on the science table, or artwork on the art table. They will have fun playing the llama tabletop game there.

The brick texture of the exterior looks nice, and the plants and trees look nice along the front edge of the home. Very nice outdoors dining area on the back porch. Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the food at the table looking out at the views of the flowers. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The brown colour scheme of the living room looks nice. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa there in front of the fire watching tv and listeming to the stereo music. Very nice design of the kitchen! The cabinets look very nice how they are placed on the walls there around the windows and to create the stove nook. The island work bench counter is great and the wall cutlery and hanging pans are nice kitchen touches. The wall and floor textures look nice. Very nice dining room window alcove area! Sims will enjoy the sunlight coming in through the windows whilst dining there. The corner computer study desk nook in the office looks nice. The green colour of the walls gives a nice look to the room. Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer or enjoy resting on the sofa reading a book. Very nice furnishing of each of the bedrooms. The colour schemes of the rooms look very nice. The outdoors areas are very nice! Very nice harvestable garden area! It is great that a perfect grow fruit tree is in the build! The glass roofed hot tub nook is very nice! Sims will enjoy relaxing in the tub. The nearby water fountain looks nice there and the statues look great in the build. It is nice that the wishing well is in the build.

The Beautiful Bungalow was in disrepair for years before the van Elston family moved in, renovated and updated and landscaped and even added on a basement game room and backyard swimming pool, but the original charm is still present! The home includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two half baths, formal living and dining rooms, galley kitchen, and fully upgraded appliances. CC free.

The awnings are a nice touch over the other windows. Very nice backyard areas! Sims will have fun diving into and swimming in the pool. The outdoors sofa sitting and dining nook is very nice! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the food at the umbrella covered table poolside in the sunshine. Sims will enjoy growing plants on the planters, Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The wooden flooring looks nice. It is great that there is a basement games room. Sims will have fun playing foosball, chess, the llama tabletop game and in the games cube there. The balloons banner looks great there! The kids will enjoy doing science experience, or have fun playing with the dollhouse or toys from the toy box. The teddy looks cute! Sims will enjoy dining woodworking there. Very nice living room! The armchairs look nice placed on each side of the sofa. Sims will enjoy resting there watching tv , reading a book and chatting, whilst warming near the fire. The scenic wall picture look nice in the room, and it is nice touches that there is a fish bowl and books on the table behind the sofa. The dining room is very nice! It looks nice how the spandrels have been used there. The red rose looks pretty on the dining tabletop. Very nice design of the kitchen! The cabinets look very nice how they are placed to create the stove and fridge nooks. The brick wall texture looks nice. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms. The curtains look very nice how they are placed in the rooms. The posters and pictures are nice touches on the walls.

Nice and Narrow is a very nice home! Very nice exterior design of the home! The roofing and dormers look very nice! Very nice front porch and upper balcony! Sims will have fun playing chess on the table on the front porch , in the outside air. The flowers look pretty around the bases of the trees. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! It is nice that the bedrooms are on the second floor and there is a playroom and family room in the basement. Very nice living room for sims to enjoy resting on the sofa or armchairs there, and have a chat or read books from the bookcases. The scenic wall picture is a nice touch there. Very nice design of the kitchen. The island counter looks great, and the cabinets look nice how they are placed on the walls. The wall tiling looks nice. Very nice corner windows dining nook! Sims will enjoy eating meals there with sunshine coming in through the window. The fruit bowl is a nice touch on the table top. The green colour of the seats goes well with the brown colour scheme of the kitchen. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The wall pictures in the master bedroom are nice for sims to see when laying in bed. The butteflies either sides of the windows in the girls bedroom look so pretty! Very nice family room! Sims will have fun playing the llama table top game, watching tv and listiening to music from the stereo there. Kids will have lots of fun in their playroom! They will enjoy putting on puppet theatre performances, battling on the Voidcritter battle station and like doing science experiments on the scurbce table. The flooring pattern adds a great look to the room! The decals look great on the walls.
It is a very nice home for a family

Settlement in the Suburbs is a very nice family home! Very nice exterior design of the home. The roofing looks great! The white siding and brick wall textures look nice together. The planter box windows are a nice touch in the build. The plants look nice along the front of the home and in the corner nooks of the front steps. Very nice backyard area! Sims will have fun playing on the monkey bars or enjoy swimming in the pool. Nice firepit area for sims to enjoy sitting on the colourful camping seats toasting food in the outside air. The lantern tree is pretty ! Very nice layout of the interior of the home! The living room is very nice! The red colour of the walls looks nice, and it looks great how the bookcases have been placed either sides of the tv. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there watching tv or reading a book. The patterned floor rug is a nice touch there. Very nice dining room! The green and brown colour scheme of the room gives a calming feel to the rook for sims when dining at the table. They will enjoy sunshine coming into the room through the windows whilst eating their meals. Very nice design of the kitchen. The cabinets look nice how they have been placed around the windows to create a nook. Sims will enjoy looking out through the kitchen windows whilst cooking their meals. The wall cutlery and knives are great kitchen touches there. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The shoes racks are homely in the master bedrooms and the sunflowers wall picture is sunny for sims to see when waking in the mornings. The pictures are a nice touch on the wall and shelves. The kids bedrooms look great! The giraffe is cute in the boys bedroom and the voidcriters wall poster looks great there! The butteflies look very pretty on the windows in the girls bedroom! The strings of photos on the wall looks nice. The lady bird rug , the koala and bunny are cute! Very nice playroom! Kids will have fun playing the llama tabletop game or enjoy performing in the puppet theatre. The zigzag flooring looks great! The teddy is cute! The voidcritter prints look great on the wall. Very nice games room for sims to enjoy playing the arcade machine game, football and in the video games cube. The brown wall paneling looks nice,
