I'm running the most current update for OS X, and I finally updated my Sims game with the latest update (from the 18th), but after it was finished updating the game image itself turned grey and hovering over it it said I needed to update the game. I clicked the link to get it to update; it didn't do anything. So I thought "alright well whatever" and exited out of the notification. My game is still not letting me open it. I've exited out of Origin and come back in - same thing. I restarted my computer - same thing. I tried "repair game" - same thing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Origin - same thing.

I'm honestly afraid of uninstalling and reinstalling my game because I don't want to lose my saves, but I don't know what else to try at this point.
