Modern Mansion looks very great! Very nice exterior design and layout of the build! The outdoors areas look very nice! The row of round water ball fountains in the water look very nice! Very nice outdoors dining nook! Sims will enjoy cooking on the BBQ there and eating the food poolside at the table. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! I will repost here some of what I wrote on the WIP thread. Very nice living room! The red and white colour scheme of the room looks very nice, the new wall divider looks great in the room! The birds pictures and plant wall decor are a nice touch on the wall . The new wall lights look great! It looks nice how the armchair and sofas are placed in the room. Sims will enjoy relaxing there watching tv. The ledges look great either sides of the tv! The new candles on the coffee table look pretty. The bamboo items look very nice how they are placed and are restful in the room. Very nice design and furnishing of the study! The new bookcaes look great on the sides of the room! The new drinks shelves and signage look great in the room! Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer or sitting resting on the sofa in the nook reading a book. The yellow flower on the table is pretty!The new dine out pack items look great how they are used in the rooms!The design of the fireplace using the campfire is creatively great! Very nice art studio! Nice windows corner nook for sims to enjoy painting on the easel with sunshine coming in through the windows. The art decor items look great in the room! They look great how you have positioned them in the room. Nice sofa seats sitting area for sims to rest and chat together. The colour of the walls and the greeen colour of the sofas gives a nice look and feel to the room. The patterned floor rug looks nice in the room.The furnishing of the kitchen and dining areas looks very nice! The white and green colour scheme of the walls and furnishings looks so nice! It looks very nice how the cabinets are placed in the kitchen. The greeen artichoke picture looks great on the kitchen wall. Very nice sink and workbench counter. The wall cutlery, spice set, fruit bowl, bottles and dish rack are great kitchen touches there. Very nice dining table area. The flowers on the table are pretty for sims to see when dining. They will proudly look at the trophies that they have won that are on the side wall table! The green miscoscope picture looks nice on the dining wall and suits the colour scheme so well! The plants are nice touches of nature in the room areas. The twisted sculptures look great placed either sides of the fireplace.

Modern Mansion is so cool and beautiful!Great architecture design! I love the long drive way to the garage and the tennis court! Oh! I Love the tennis court! Great detail and a lot of dedication went into this build and it really shows! Beautiful backyard and lots of eye catching ideas! I love the fire pit into a fireplace idea, Sooo creative and looks so chic and edgy! Love your dinning room and kitchen! So pretty and classy with a modern feel and I Love the color schemes. Great job!
@masajo Thank you! There is actually such a restaurant in the maldives and they are building a whole hotel with underwater rooms!! Unfortunately you can't see through the the ceiling from under it in TS4...
@Nhicks Thank you! It took me more than a month to finish this house because I tried to decorate and furnish each room individually... In the end I think that there is no common thread through it... Some rooms are not modern enough and some are too cluttered, but I am indeed very pleased with the way I did the landscaping... I think the tennis court fits perfectly this kind of mansion... if the sims could only play on it... P.S.: I did this house for a fellow simmer and he gave me some pictures and so on... so the basic floor plan of it (e.g. placement of the garage) aren't originally my ideas...
WOW! What a fantastic mansion! I particularly love the barbecue /outside kitchen area with the pool! Inside the kitchen and study are my favourites. Great job!
Wow! That is a giant build! I respect anyone who takes the time to fill in large lots with the care and attention to detail you did. Great home and I really like that kitchen with its pops of pastel colors!
Since I renovated the solid starter from @pronterus I was thinking about my older builds and how I could improve them with a bit of landscaping and so on.
Here is my first renovated build. I tried to leave it as much as it was originally just correcting moo and lighting issues in the interior. Unlike the outdoors where I virtually changed "everything". It was a great exercise and I was surprised by how much I could improve the looks of the house by adding a pool and fences
The Modern Home looks very nice! Very nice exterior of the home! The rocks and plants bed along the front corner walls and the flowers along the front edge looks very nice. The planter box windows look very nice. The light look nice the way that they are placed on the walls. Very nice pool patio! The water fountain feature island in the pool looks very nice! Sims will enjoy relaxing on the lounger under the shade of the umbrella. The furnishing of the kitchen and dining area looks nice. The knives block, mugs rack, wall knives and utensils are nice kitchen touches. The shelving and plants on the foyer wall looks great!

The backyard of your renovated Modern Family Home looks great! I love how you put the trash cans in the little alcove in the house. Also, the water feature in the pool is a nice touch, as well as the pool house (?).
@equuest Thank you! I used for the fountain the three colors of my homeland (blue, green and yellow) I thought it would be a funny touch And the little building in the backyard was meant like a pool house but turned out like a party/games room...

In the Forest is a very nice home! Very nice design of the exterior of the building ! The roofing looks great! The windows look nice how they are placed in the build. The forest area looks very nice! The trees, greenery and rocks look very nice there. The fishable and swimmable pond looks great! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and eating the food in the nice forest setting. They will enjoy painting on the easels in the outdoors air. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The laundry nook is great ! The washing machine and dryer look great there. Very nice design of the kitchen. The red, white and black colour scheme of the kitchen looks very nice! The wall cutlery, dish rack, and wall oil bottles are great kitchen touches there. Very nice dining room! The fruit bowl on the table top and the drinks picture on the fireplace wall look great in the room. The fireplace will keep the room warm. They will enjoy sunlight coming in through the windows. The angling of the dining table is a nice touch.
