Is cut off at your time zone at midnight or is it stretched to the last midnight time? I know. Technical question, but I'm running out of time and I need help. I'm hoping I can catch my sister when she gets off work, but I want to be prepared if she doesn't make it home in time.

Central US. I don't think it's ever come to this, but if it's a few minutes late I wouldn't hold it against anyone. Especially since I usual go to sleep before the midnight cutoff.
It's a nod to the fact that spring is in full bloom (in my corner of the world at least), but you are all free to interpret this month's theme as you wish.
Special Rules: None this month. The usual 500-1500 word and 1-12 screenshot limit are in place.
@Carewren123 Great new topic for this upcoming month of May. I think I might use the opportunity to write about Kass's sisters since I haven't written much about them recently. Maybe... I might do something else. I had fun participating in April's screenshot challenge.
@lovesstorms
I'm so happy you got a submission in! I was really hoping you would
I already have an idea for May, but it would get even more personal than my March submission :O I don't know if I want to go all out there. Then again, my Youtube channel is super personal as well... and my Tumblr. I'm really open these days.
Is it insane that I already have my May story written, edited, and with all of the pictures? I have it scheduled to post on Tuesday since Tuesday is an important day. It's almost 6 AM! (I don't sleep, that's how I get these stories in so quickly ^^; )

Wow! That's awesome!
Oh btw... Could someone explain this month's theme to me?

I assume it can have anything to do with growth from a child growing into a adulthood to our personal growth to the growth of an object, community, relationship, etc. not sure that helps, but I tried.

Thanks!! I can't believe you're done already. That's crazy and possibly a record. We write ourselves best. So yeah. It's good that your comfortable sharing with us. ❤️

@lovesstorms Oohk! I guess I understood! Thanks a lot!
I'm happy to see that May's theme has already sparked some inspiration for some. Lovesstorms explained it perfectly. I'll also say that since we've had some themes with very specific rules I thought now was a nice time for a very broad topic. Plus someone at some point suggested we do a month with just a word as the theme, and I am trying to make use of all the suggestions that I can. I hope everyone likes that.
So I didn't know exactly what to call this month, but I doubt any of you are surprised by what the challenge will be for April. Last month you all had the chance to send me screenshot for potential use in a future month. Well, that month is this month. Seemed sort of fitting for this month and April Fools day, since this will be pretty different from all the other theme's we've done.
I chose two sets of screenshots. I'll keep the names of who they came from secret (for now), because I thought you might all have fun guessing where they came from.
You must pick from the two sets of screenshots below(To view the screenshots click this link. It'll take you to the right post). You'll use whichever set you pick in your story this month. You must use all of the photos in that set and no other photos. But you can put them in any order you wish. So pick your pics, and let the creativity roll.
Special Rules: Since this month might be a little more difficult than normal I decided to give you 500 extra words. You may use up to 2000 words.
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ "For Fun" Entries: (Any stories listed here are inspired by the monthly theme, but don't follow all the rules of the challenge and aren't in the monthly poll. Sometimes writers can't put limits on their creativity, and that's all good. Enjoy!)
Voting for April's challenge is open at this time. (Poll closes at midnight (Central US time) on the night of May 5.)
Just click on the link below to choose your picks for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places! You can only vote once, so make it count. (A vote for 1st will give that story 3 points. A vote for 2nd is worth 2 points. And a vote for 3rd gives 1 point. At the end of the voting period I'll tally all the points and announce the winners!)

The word limit really killed me, so please forgive me for problems. I did the best I could on my first mystery.

@lovesstorms For some reason the link in the picture doesn't work for me. (The same thing happened to me some time ago when I hid a link to my story in a picture. It worked in the beginning, but then it just led to the picture, not to the story.)
I had to "cut" the link out of the quote:
