A mermaid who only recently wandered out of the sea to try life on land, Leilani can't get enough of the sights, sounds and colors of the surface world. She takes a camera with her everywhere she goes to preserve the memories and loves to paint, inspired by what she has seen.
This one had to be uploaded as a household rather than individual sim because EA doesn't allow mermaids to be saved to the bin or shared. In all other respects she's just like a sim fresh out of CAS, though. No skills (except the max scuba from being a mermaid), anything in her inventory, etc. The version of her in the group has the permanent mermaid LTR so that she will stay a mermaid even if you aren't controlling them to make sure she gets her daily dose of sea water, but this version does not.

You'd be hard-pressed to find a more eclectic mix of creative sims. A singing vampire, a rocking genie, a shutterbug mermaid and a witch with a passion for potent potables. These four have banded together to make their mark on the world, whether it is with song, paintbrush or a perfectly-blended beverage.
Again, the household version has some skills started and this batch has careers rather than uni progress.

Each of the sims are very nice! It is very nice that each of them is a different type of sim from the normal sim. It was great reading the background details of them. They would be great households to play in the game,
Your two homes are very nice! Very nice exterior design of them! The layout of Mid Centuty Modern looks very nice! The stairs at the front of the build looks great! Very nice outdoors patio areas! The outdoors dining patio looks very nice! The different coloured dining seats gives a great look to the area! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the food at the tables in the outdoors air. They will enjoy having a drink from the bar. The string lights looks prety! Very nice art nook balcony for sims to enjoy painting on the easel whilst at the same time looking out at the views. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The design of the kitchen is very nice! Nice island bar stool counter and the wall tiling looks nice. Very nice living room! It looks very nice how the pictures are placed on the wall in the living room. The corner book nook looks great! Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofas reading a book. The patterned floor rug gives a nice look to the room. Very nice furnishing and layout of the bedrooms! It looks very nice how the beds are placed in the kids rooms. The red and green colour schemes of the kids bedrooms looks nice, and very nice wooden texture of the walls and ceiling. The layout of Coastal Cabin Starter looks so very nice! Very nice roofing! The wraparound porch looks great! The wall textures give a nice look to the home, and the flowers look pretty on the edges of the home. The floral trellis covered outdoors dining patio looks so nice! Sims enjoy dining there at the table, looking at the outdoors views. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The sim taken photos are nice touches on the walls in the rooms.

Fynn was a classic lone wolf. He kept to himself, fishing the peaceful waters, so he wouldn't end up hurting anyone as a result of his short temper and subsequent shifting. Until the day he reeled in a bigger catch than he'd ever imagined: Liya, an adventurous but accident-prone mermaid, lost and injured in a storm. Fynn cared for her as she recovered, while she broke through his prickly demeanor with her kindness and ready sense of humor. The couple are unusual, but very much in love.

They were a tremendous help with playtesting and research, which brings me to a little bit of a warning I need to give you. If a singer performs at the venue, the tables for watching the show will disappear, seemingly so sims can stand and dance in those places as an audience. While playtesting, this was rather alarming to discover, but Tanu found out that the tables will come back after the venue closes (3am), so don't worry.
These two islander brothers have been trained in traditional fire-based acrobatics since they were children and are skilled acrobats despite their young age. Inoke is friendly, with a love of the ocean to match the fire of his act, calling himself Fluid Flame on the stage. Aolani loves to party and the attention he gets from the ladies when he shows off his tricks, performing under the name Heartblaze.
Free-spirited and fun-loving, Clover just recently left home and struck out on her own to find her fortune. She loves to travel and collect memorabilia from all the places she visits so she never forgets about them. Though she will never stop exploring, she hopes to someday have a special place and family of her own to come home to.

They are all made with joy, care and thougtfulness , as you designed , built, and furnished the homes and the performance venue, and as you created the sims household and gave them background story details, whilst thinking about the simmers who would receive them The sims will be enjoyable to play, the homes will be nice for sims to enjoy living in and the performance venue will be great for sims to attend watch the entertainment.
