Hi there, sorry that happened. Forget the "check the log" thing, that error message is useless. But your Launcher is showing as version 0.0.0.0, which is not valid.
A few things come to mind. First, make sure you aren't trying to run the game on hard drive that is low or out of disk space. Second, perhaps pull your game folder out of Documents to the Desktop for safekeeping. The game will attempt to create a new one on its next launch. You will have no installed store/custom content, worlds, mods, sims, or saved games, but they will all be safe in the pulled folder. Can you get the a new test game to launch and run that way?
If not, you may need to uninstall and reinstall Origin (try that first) and maybe the base game.
Unless someone else here is more familiar with that error condition and knows of a more definitive solution of course.
Hmm sorry cant help much here (i un installed ts3 a while ago.)
The only thing i can suggest is to do the folder reset like igazor suggested and lastly try re installing.
Are you using Windows 10? It got the same problem here and beginning to suspect one of their recent updates has broken compatibility with TS3. I managed to start the game by clicking the play button just before the launcher crashes, though that's not a very elegant solution...
