Below are a few external shots and a couple of interiors. Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas Mansion is so very nice! The exterior design of the home is so very pretty and nice! It looks so very grand! The dormers look nice and the type of and placement of the windows in the build looks so very nice! The red and green colour scheme of the exterior looks very festive! The garlands and snowflakes on the exterior and the wreath on the front are very nice festive touches there. The snowmen look cute in the front garden! The white lit trees, the ice sculpture and the enlarged white candle are very pretty for the sims to see when coming to the home. The balconies are very nice. Very nice shape of the pool! The snowy ground flooring looks very Wintery! The lights look so very nice how you have placed them on the exterior wall areas! It is great that there is an outdoors observatory item in the build for sims to use. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The living room is very nice! The enlarged gifts on the coffee table, and the snowflakes, garlands and wreath on the walls look very festively nice there. Very nice corner Christmas tree nook! The heart teddy looks cute there near the base of the tree. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofas there, chatting, reading a book from the bookcase and warming up near the fire. The mountain scene picture suits the Wintery theme well. The red wall pattern looks nice. The bookcases look nice placed either sides of the fireplace, and clock is homely on the fireplace ledge. Very nice design of the kitchen! Very nice armchairs fireplace sitting nook! The wall clock is a nice touch there.It is nice the there are double sinks in the kitchen and that sims can enjoy looking out through the kitchen windows at the outdoors views whilst cooking meals.
The home is very nice for celebrating Christmas in!

I like your architecture, it's great that you extended your architecture and place it on a wider lot! Very pretty dormers! Your landscaping is really pretty! Lovely water feature in there and love the fake snow (Please give us Seasons EP ASAP!). And your interior, fabulous! Very cozy and charming! Very festive decorated there!

Hi, please have a look at 4/4 Apartment Block. This is a residential block with 4 apartments spread over 4 floors. The 2nd floor apartment is fully furnished, it's modest but comfortable. The remaining three apartments are vacant and ready for your Sims to move into.

4 x 4 Apartment block is very nice! Very nice design of the build! It looks great how there are 4 apartments in the build and 4 stories. The windows look very nice how they are placed in the build. Very nice balconies for sims to enjoy sitting on the seats there looking out at the outdoors views. The plants are nice touches on the balconies. The car park and enlarged cars looks great! The furnishing of the second floor apartment is very nice! Very nice living room! Sims will enjoy sitting on the armchairs watching tv and reading books from the bookcases. It is nice that they have views of outdoors through the windows as the background to the tv. The kitchen and dining room is very nice. The orange colour of the wall and the yellow colour of the dining seats looks nice together. The teapots shelving, wall clock, menu board, condiments and fruit bowl are nice kitchen touches in the room. Sims will enjoy dining there with sunshine coming in onto them. It is nice that there is a community pool in the basement. Sims will have fun diving into and swimming in the pool.

Each of your WIPS are looking very nice! Very nice exterior designs and layouts of each of them! The cinema build looks so very nice and grand! The red carpet and stairs entrances on each side of the front of the venue looks very nice! Very nice front exterior of the build and roofing! The modern design of the art gallery looks very great! It looks very creative and stylish! Each of the home builds look very nice! It looks very nice how swampland cabin is built over the water. The design of the outdoors of post apocalyptic living looks great! I will look forward to seeing the finished builds!
Midsummer Modern 2 is a very nice home! Very nice exterior of the home! The large windows look nice in the bulld, for sims to enjoy looking out through the windows at the views whilst indoors. The water pond area looks very nice! The sculpture and water fountains look nice in the water. Sims will enjoy sitting restfully on the stools on the edges of the water, enjoying the peaceful setting. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The open plan living and dining room looks very nice! Very nice windows dining nook for sims to enjoy eating a meal with sunshine coming in onto them through the windows. The red colour of the seating looks effective .The fruit bowl is a nice touch on the table. Very nice fireplace sofa seat sitting area! Sims will enjoy resting there watching tv and listeming to music from the radio. The shelves nook with the items on the shelves looks very great! Sims will enjoy playing the guitar in the room. The candles are nice touches on the fireplace ledge for sims to see when sitting there, and the plant is a nice touch of nature in the room. The brown colour scheme of the bathroom looks nice. The hanging robe and the tissues are great home touches there.

So many new lovely builds! I love the swamp cabin buid. Full of character and so charming! Love the art deco architecture! Always loved that style. The modern house and the art gallery looks fantastic! Great architecture for both the builds.

The exterior design of Luxor Art Deco Cinema looks so very nice! The layout of the build looks so very great! The cinema reflects the Art Deco theme so very well! The white colour of the exterior looks nice. The left and right hand sides red carpeted stairs looks so very nice! The roped pathways look very great! The movie posters are nice touches on the exterior walls. The front roofing looks very nice! It looks very nice how the lighting has been placed on the exterior walls. The dog sculptures look very nice placed on the left and right sides of the build. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the build! The bar and cafe areas look very nice! The red colour scheme of the interior looks nice. It looks very nice how the tables and chairs are set up in the areas of the build. Sims will enjoy sitting at the tables or on the bar stools having a drink or food from either the bar or the espresso machine bar. The drinks shelves look great on the bar wall, and the menu board, wall spice set , cake display items, fruit bowl, cup cake signs, wall cutlery and teapot wall shelves are nice touches in the other food areas. The sofa seats sitting area is nice for Sims to relax and chat there either before or after watching a movie. It is great that there are Icecream and popcorn maker machines for sims to enjoy eating these tasty foods when visiting the venue!
