  I"m trying to download the tool that you create patters with for the Sims 3. I agree to the terms and all, click on the pc download as I have pc and nothing happens. S

  I hope I can get this to work. It's horrible if EA disable the function to download this tool.

  It was on my computer but somehow it went poof. Now I can't get it again. Ugh.....always me.

  @SpiderCrowWolf, the problem seems to be that the download button on certain pages doesn't seem to be working, it's the same with the Create a World tool.
  By a little deduction I have worked out the direct link to the file which is how people are able to still get the CAW tool, CAP can be found here:
  thesims3.com/content/global/images/cap/TS3CAP_767618.exe
