Type of build (Modern, Traditional, Victorian, Gothic, etc. or leave blank): I would like the exterior to look like the others in Lunar lake
Which EPs and SPs do you have? all of them
If you have Showtime, which edition do you have (basic, Limited, or Katy Perry)? Basic
Lot size (dimensions): 40*40 if possible if not closer to that
Number of bedrooms: 3
Specific instructions on decorating the bedrooms (gender, age, etc.)? The main bedroom is the Master which is for the Mum, It Should be painted pink with a double bed, wardrobe or dresser, full length mirror, Computer with desk and bedside table with Light, Alarm and Telephone. Next to this room with interconnecting doors should be a nursery containing two potties, a changing table, 3-4 cots, toddler toys, walkers 2, playpen and play table. The last room is the kids room with 4 sets of Bunkbeds, Two Dressers and Two Mirrors.
Number of bathrooms: 3, A shower room downstairs with 4 showers separated , a master bathroom with spa bath, toilet and sink and a kids bathroom with bath, toilet and sink, this room should be animal themed
Favorite color schemes: Bright colours
Colors you dislike: Dark Colours
Do you want it furnished and decorated? yes

Upstairs- The Bedrooms and Remaining Bathrooms and the hobby room- 1 of each item in entertainment section plus 3 easels
Outside- Sports hall- Gym, sauna and indoor swimming pool
Working Greenhouse plus outdoor garden to grow plants
Children's Playarea
Outdoor water play area with water slides, hot-tub and pool
