The front area of the home is very nice! The water pond is so very nice! The flowers and rocks look very nice on the edges of the water. Sims will enjoy fishing in the pond. The fencing looks very nice! The flowers look pretty along the edges of the fences. Very nice arched gate! It looks very nice how you have the placed the open angled fencing and used the spandrels! The enlarged vehicle looks great in the driveway! Very nice back upper patio for sims to enjoy painting on the easel there in the sunshine. Very nice back patio! Sims will enjoy sitting outdoors at the outside dining table, enjoying eating food that they have cooked on the back porch BBQ, in the outdoors air. It looks very nice how you have combined two umbrella covered tables together. Very nice roof covered hot tub nook! Sims will enjoy relaxing in the tub or have fun swimming in the pool. Child sims will have fun playing on the monkey bars. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The coat shelf is homely beside the door and the sunflowers are a sunny sight for sims to see when entering through the door. The living room is very nice! The bookcases look nice placed either sides of the TV. Sims will enjoy sitting on the armchairs and sofa there reading and watching TV. It looks great how you have placed the shelving! The flowers are pretty touches on the tables in the room. The dining room is very nice! The type of dining seats that you have used look nice and suit the type of home. The flowers on the dining table and side wall table are very nice for sims to see when eating their meals. The crockery cabinets look nice there. Sims will enjoy listening to the piano being played whilst sitting dining there, or resting on the window ottoman seating. It looks very nice how you have used the spandrels in the archway to the kitchen! The design and furnishing of the kitchen is very nice! Nice eat in dining alcove. The kitchen themed pictures on the wall look nice there. The island sink and workbench counter is great! The dish rack and mugs rack are nice kitchen touches in the room. The wall tiling looks nice. Very nice study room! The double computers study desk corner nook looks so very nice! It is great that both sims can enjoy using the computers together. The aquarium fish are restful for sims to look at when sitting at the desks. The family photos are very special homely touches on the wall! The books, candles, flowers and pictures are nice touches on the tables and shelves in the study nook. Very nice master bedroom! The brown colour scheme of the room is nice and very nice wall paneling. Nice fireplace TV watching and sitting nook in the room. It is nice that there is an arts and gym room where the sims can enjoy painting and woodcrafting, as well as use the fitness equipment to keep fit. The tools wall decor and the art decor look great in the room!

Hi everyone! I'm here to share today my entry to the 4sims4 challenge. This time the challenge is to build a home for a casino magnate who wants to invest in rental property. The kind of house, lot size and budget are determined by rolling a virtual dice and I got "Any Theme Desired - 40x30 - 200k".
I took the screenshots with one of my sim families included to show better the house in use! Hope you guys like it and have a great weekend!

Exterior
I wanted the house to have one storey in the front and two in the back, but without terrain tools that can't be done, so I used the basement to give that effect (building a pit) and I think it looks cool!
Main floor
Family Rental is a very nice home! The design of the exterior of the home is very nice! The roofing is very nice! The combination of the stone texture and other texture of the exterior walls looks nice together. The dormers are very nice. The flowers look so very pretty along the edges of the home! The trees are nice touches either sides of the front steps, and the water fountain feature looks very nice in the front garden for sims to see when coming to the home! Very nice roof covered front and side porches! Very nice back upper balcony for sims to enjoy dining at the table there in the sunshine. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel, whilst looking out at the views. Very nice outdoors areas! Child sims will have fun playing on the monkey bars. Nice firepit area for sims to enjoy sitting around the fire toasting food and chatting, under the shade of the tree. The back patio outdoors dining and bar areas are very nice! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ there and enjoy sitting at the dining table eating their food in the outdoors air . Very nice sofa seats sitting area nook! Sims will enjoy resting there having a chat and a drink from the bar. The waterfall window with the planter boxes and round water feature looks nice! The ground paving looks nice. Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool or relaxing in the hot tub. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The coat stand and family wall photos are homely for sims to see when coming in the front door and the sunflowers and other yellow flowers look very nice sunny sights for them to see. The foyer wall pattern and patterned floor rug looks nice. The photos and books are nice touches on the tables there. Very nice layout of the home! The living room is very nice! It looks nice how you have used the half wall and columns to separate off the living room. Sims will enjoy sitting on the sofas there watching TV together or reading a book. The cubes look great there, and it looks nice how you placed the cabinets above the TV and the bookcase on the side to create the TV nook. Very nice design of the kitchen! The wall tiling is nice. Very nice curved stove and bar stool counter! The plants decor are nice nature touches on the wall. It looks nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets. Nice windows eat in corner dining nook. The food themed picture on the wall suit well the room, and the flowers are pretty touches on the table for sims to see when cooking and dining there. Sims will enjoy making ice cream in their kitchen! Very nice dining room! The yellow flowers are nice and sunny on the table, and the large plant in the corner nook adds a very nice look and feel to the room. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The fireplace and study desk areas in the master bedroom are nice. Sims will enjoy resting on the sofa watching TV or enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer. The colour scheme of the room is very nice. The tissues, books and photos are nice home touches on the fireplace ledge and study desk. The bedhead alcove in the teen bedroom is very nice! The pictures look nice on the wall and it looks great how you have placed the cabinets! The heart teddy is cute in the room! Very nice corner computer study desk nook! The items on the l shaped tables and wall shelf are nice touches for sims to see when sitting there. They will enjoy playing the guitar in the room. The floral wall pattern in the girls bedroom is pretty! The animal wall pictures and the penguin TV are very cute there for sims to look at and watch! The pink and white colour scheme is very nice. There are lots of nice details in the bedrooms! It is nice that you have a sauna in the home. Sims will enjoy resting in the sauna room, or enjoy keeping fit using the equipment in the gym room. They will enjoy doing yoga there on the mat as well.

Just an update: I've changed all the screenshots of my builds in page one. The old ones were small, taken in a weird angle and with the grid on and when I went back the pages to look I thought it looked ugly! LOL
Hi everyone! Today I'm here to share my entry to the 4sims4 challenge. The challenge this week brings a few options on what to build and one of them is to build a sorority house (50x50 lot, unlimited budget, for eight sims). To build the house I searched for images of sorority houses and came up with my sim version. I also created 8 college girls to showcase in my pics.
Sorority Dorm is a very nice build! @vethesims The exterior design of the home is so very nice! The layout of the build is so very nice! The roofing and dormers, and the texture of the exterior looks very nice! Very nice front entrance and porch! It looks very nice how you have done the three flights of steps and three entrance doors! The hedge plants between each of the steps sections looks nice. Very nice upper front and back balconies! Nice art nooks on the back balcony for sims to enjoy painting on the easel in the sunshine. They will have fun playing games on the card table there in the outdoors air. The flower gardens on the left and right hand side areas of the front of the home looks very nice! It looks nice how you have placed the hedging around the edges of garden areas and trees look stately there. The water fountain feature is very nice in the front courtyard area and the enlarged vehicles look great either sides of it! The back outdoors areas are so very nice! The flowers through the outdoors areas look very nice! Very nice water fountsih feature nook area! Very nice back porch for sims to enjoy cooking on the BBQ and eating their meals in the outdoors air at the dining table. The sunflowers are a sunny sight on the table for the sims to enjoy looking at. Very nice outdoors living and pool patio! Sims will have fun swimming in the pool or enjoy sitting at the umbrella covered tables in the sunshine having a chat. The waterfalls going into the pool look very nice! Very nice greenery covered trellis sofa seats sitting area! It is a very nice place for sims to enjoy resting outdoors, watching all that is happening on the patio. Very nice firepit area! Sims will enjoy sitting around the fire toasting food and keeping warm. Nice gardening nook for sims to enjoy growing and harvesting plants in the gardening boxes. The flowers, rocks and water fountain feature is very nice there. It is nice restful place for sims to enjoy sitting on the stools meditating. Very nice sunken down bar, dining, dancing and hot tubs patio! Sims will enjoy relaxing in the tubs there, or enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar. The corner sofa seats sitting nook is nice. The chequer board dance floor there looks great! The pink and blue chess pieces are a nice touch there. Sims will have fun dancing to the stereo music! It is nice that you have banquet tables and fountains there for sims to enjoy getting food and drink from to sit at the table there and enjoy eating and drinking. The water fountain windows there look nice. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the sorority! Very nice armchairs sitting room for sims to enjoy sitting there having a chat. The trophies cabinet is great for sims to proudly look at. The flowers on the dining tables in the dining room are nice for sims to look at when eating their meals. They will enjoy having a drink from the bar after their meals. The photos are nice touches on the dining room wall. The marble diamond floor pattern in the rooms looks nice. Very nice meeting room! It looks nice how you have set up the chairs there, and the speaker podium looks great! The wall paneling is very nice. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The colour scheme of the rooms looks very nice. Very nice study desk areas in the bedrooms for the sims to enjoy sitting at the desk tables using the computers. The glass doors clothes and shoes cabinet looks very nice! The street art on the flooring in the art area in one of the bedrooms looks great! Very nice curtained clothes alcove in another of the bedrooms.

Wow its stunning, there isnt a room I didnt love. Oh and your college girls are awesome, I tried to choose a favourite room but I ended up sitting here in your thread for about 20 minutes looking at all the photos haha
Sorority house looks amazing! Very imposing and yet gorgeous architecture! Love the garden and the interiors. I always admire the way you decorate. Makes a house looked so lived-in. If you know what I mean? Will be adding to my favourites if I haven't already.
Your sorority house is great! It looks very neat and tidy and suited to the purpose. I can see your Sims having plenty of fun in the backyard too, perfect for parties!
