Good afternoon everyone. I hope that you all are doing well! It did nothing but rain last week and this week seems like it is going to be hot and very humid! I really havent played with the Perfect Patio set. I cannot seem to stay out of CAS!

Lot size (dimensions): 40x40 (with a decent size backyard where I could maybe put a pool in) Number of bedrooms: 3 (master bathroom facing the back yard please) Specific instructions on decorating the bedrooms (gender, age, etc.)? 1 is a master with ba, then 2 more and another bath for them to share, 1 room is a nursery the other a guest room Number of bathrooms: 2 1/2 Favorite color schemes: I like greys and browns and greens. Outside I like tan with blues Colors you dislike: reds and yellows Do you want it furnished and decorated? only with necessities is fine, you don't have to get into in unless you want to! Can patterns from Create-a-Pattern be used? yes If you will be placing this lot in an EA world, which one? Sunset Valley, the 40x40 closest to town. I would prefer it blend in with the others (not look gigantic next to them etc.) Special requirements (garden, pool, hot tub, etc.)? landscaping is always appreciated as I'm really terrible at it! Additional instructions? I don't want a giant house, but a teeny tiny one won't work either. This family has 1 baby and a dog. (thinking about possible 2nd) a small nook for a computer and bookcase would be great. A special patio for laundry and bathing the dog would also be a super addition! A Ranch with a small basement (that I could extend later if I wanted) would be ideal. but if another story needs to be added then I prefer only like 1/2 a story if that makes sense? You can use your own discretion on that! Thank you so so much!
**I forgot, not needed but would be awesome if there was a place to put a piano since all the sims living in the house play it!

I added a basement for expansion. It can be easily be removed.
