Holy smoke.. just finished your photo walkthrough. The amount of care and detail you put into this lot is wonderful. You thought of everything. Each area is like an individual build and the colours just pop. Truly captured a destination resort. Well done, claps. Rec'd :D

Thank you rosemow, Taryn, MeaganJo, luvalphvle. bree and soocool!! I appreciate you taking the time to look at my pictures and for posting your nice comments. El Cordoba took me way too long to finish due to lack of time and the fact that it was so overwhelming to build and test out, so now I'm working on another but it won't be as big and have as many amenities. Ta Ta for now. :-)

I named these row houses after a popular row house neighborhood in Boston, Mass.

I originally planned to make these houses apartment style, so your sim could have neighbors, however, to work as apartments, I had to enclose each front door area with a gate and it really messed up the look of the houses, so I converted them back to a single home. Since I decorated two of the six, you'll need to set all of the other exterior doors and gates to "lock to everyone". You also have the option to decorate one of the other empty houses, or just delete all of the furnishings in the house you don't want to play.

Beacon Hill Row Houses is a very nice build! :) The exterior design of the houses in the build looks so very nice! The exterior of the homes are very detailed! It looks very nice how you have done the front steps! Very nice layout of the build, both in the exterior and also the way you have designed the interior of the homes. The furnishing of the homes are very nice! Very nice colour schemes of the rooms! The colours and patterned walls in the bedrooms look so very nice! The black, white and pink colour scheme and patterning of the furnishing in the teen girls bedroom in House A looks very effective! The clothes and shoes closet in the master bathroom in House D looks very nice. The butterfly themed girls bedroom looks very pretty! All of the rooms in both of the furnished homes look so nice! :)

Finally catching up posting some of the builds I have done over the summer.....
THE SONOMA, 64x64 residential lot, 54 Golf Links Lane, Lucky Palms, 9/13/15

I've always wanted to build a replica of my own house, so here it is. I named it the Sonoma because that was the name of the model home when we bought it. I tried to make it really authentic, with the furniture selections, room colors, landscaping, even down to the types and colors of our cars (except they didn't have a Corvette so I put in some other sports car). However, I had to improvise on a few things, of course, due to the limits of the game, i.e., the color of the tiled roof -- mine is more of a dusty rose shade vs. the orange tile, and I couldn't make the big archways bordering the great room, and I have white plantation shutters throughout my house so had to substitute with the blinds. Hope you enjoy!

Your summer builds are lovely @Sandraelle . I especially like the interior design of the Sonoma. That kitchen is just perfect. I've never noticed the arbor over the hot tub before... gotta check that out when next I go in game. I love the pop of blue and white of the Ocean Breeze houseboat. Everything ties in so nicely. Rec'd :D

It is very special that you have created a sims game version of your real life home! :) It would have been a very enjoyable build for you to do as you transferred the real life aspects of your home into the sims game using the buildings tool, and the build mode and buy mode items that we have in our games. It would have been fun working out which furnishings items best reflected what you have in your home. The Sonoma is a very nice home! Your real life home would be very nice too! It was very nice going on a tour of your home by looking at the sim version of the areas/rooms. The outdoors hot tub gazebo is very nice!
Ocean Breeze Houseboat is very nice! :) Very nice design of the boat home! The blue and white colour scheme of the exterior boat looks very nice! Very nice layout of the boat! The flooring pattern on the inside decks and in the entertainment room looks very nice. It looks very nice how you have created the coffee table in the entertainment room! Sims will have fun playing chess or pool in the room, or enjoy sitting resting on the sofa there watching TV or reading a book from the bookcase. It is nice that there is a bar counter there for sims to enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar. They will enjoy looking out through the window at the water whilst using the treadmill to keep fit. The blue furnishings through the home look very nice. Very nice blue wall patterns in the bedrooms. The hanging shark and the boat in the bunk bed room looks great! The clock on the dresser in the single beds room is a nice homely touch there. Very nice oceanic themed blue and white wall tiling in the bathroom! It looks very nice! Very nice outdoors armchairs and sofa sitting area for sims to enjoy sitting resting there, enjoying the sea views. The lemonade jug is a nice touch on the coffee table. The bubble windows in the build look very nice! Very nice upper balcony area for sims to enjoy doing star gazing using the telescope. The furnishing of the home is very nice!
They are very nice Summertime builds :)

Thank you so much soocoolsim! Thanks for liking my kitchen, I happen to love it too. That gazebo thing over the hot tub comes from the Bohemian Garden set. Thank you for the recs!
