Always so many many amazing creations here, and even with Sims 4 making building so much easier I still 'need' to open a request to be happy. Because I have absolutely no talent for building myself.
Request Form (Community Lot) Username: MissCashmere Sims 3 or 4? Sims 4 Type of lot (laundromat, club, library, park, etc.): Retail Store (+Loft) Type of build: modern urban (loft) Which EPs and SPs do you have? S4 limited, Get to Work, Perfect Patio, Luxury Party Lot size (dimensions): any (should fit onto any of the lots; so no larger than 40x30) Public restrooms? Yes please. (ground floor or basement) Favorite color schemes: white, black, teal, gold, dark (warm) browns Colors you dislike: purple (blue-ish and its dark shades) Do you want it furnished and decorated? The retail should be designed to sell bakery(cooking) goods, cloths and maybe art. Thus it will need: • food displays (of any kind) • some mannequins • room/walls for a few paintings • complete kitchen (stove, fridge, sink counters) • seatings (for the café/bakery flair, though not many)
Additional instructions?
The retail store should be on the ground floor and an apartment loft on the second floor. It would be nice to have some kind of door (or gate) at the stairs to the second floor at the bottom or top, so I can lock the residential area from the actual sales area. The apartment should be very open, lots of windows/glass and almost one room-ish (like those factory lofts, but not too shabby), it needs everything to properly live there. For the interior design I would like to have pretty luxurious and expensive ambiente (furniture), though still combined to a more modern urbanish look; as much as possible.
Residential area should be composed as follows: • 3 bedrooms - one master bedroom, one for teens (girls, pink is very welcome) with desk, and one for the baby/child (including child activity stuff like drawing table, chemie table, toys) • two bathrooms • study with chess table • sweet kitchen with dining area • living room of course for the family • if there is a room for a small (usable) balcony it would be great! • garden with some landscaping (if possible with a fountain) with a small area for some fruits to grow. • patio (maybe for the bakery seatings?)
I know these are a lot of special wishes, I'm not really sure what can be done and what not, I'm sorry. I hope it is not too confusing and viable. Thank you!

this villa has 5/6 bedrooms and servants quaters. it has 3wc and 5 bathrooms . a large family kitchen, dinning room, family games room, study, TV lounge,a play room . 3 basements 1st staff quaters,2nd man cave 3rd nector cellar. on the grounds there veg/fruit growing . a pool and hot tub. play area and outdoor cooking place.
sorry but i just noticed a couple of items from SPs and worlds you dont have, however they are only decor items so you will be able to download still
