There is nothing "advanced" about the emotions in TS4 yet they were so greatly advertised. My sim will randomly become "inspired" or "focused" from literally eating cereal.

I agree that it doesn't fit him, but it does fit the lambastment. Unwanted alien pregnancies are a very topical issue with GTW and I'm sure that Mr S. will respond perfectly as always.

I have to say that I don't like the babies having shiny bodies and non-shiny heads, it looks odd. Perhaps Mr S will train his baby to become just like him... he won't have long to wait either until it leaps out of its crib into a fully grown child.

I've just sorted out last night's shambolic episode a bit so it's a bit more readable now, I'll try and put up another one tonight, although I don't want to rush one out, Sausage readers deserve better.
Just in case I don't make it, here's a bit of nostalgia from that 'post your favourite screen grab' thread that I added to ages ago, I hope a lot of you haven't seen it. It features the main family I used to use before the Sausages took over my game, it's sort of relevant. because the blue evil supervillan and the Robot maid (Sim Ulantess from the painting episode, sister of evil Sin Ulantess) are sort of the spiritual mothers of Mr. Sausages, being as their lack of any real difference in their actions amongst the others in the family (despite setting them up to be radically different), lead to the creation of sausages and the way I post now. I haven't read it myself since, so hopefully there is some amusing bits worth reposting...
It's also the reason why I haven't done a Camp Sausages episode, as I sort of felt it would be covering old ground.
Crikey, had such a buggy Outdoor Retreat today, it all started off normal enough...
Then the seats around the campfire just kept catching fire, then the burnt logs around the fire caught fire, then those burnt burnt logs caught fire, then weirdly turned into a load of flowers. Then those flowers caught fire - and turned into a pile of ashes- I had a block of about 10 minutes where everyone kept having to whip out the fire extinguishers and panicing- so much for a relaxing break. Anyway it gave me some nice moody pictures. Here's a couple of them...

So, after my fire fiasco that I posted yesterday - I decided to go back to the Outdoor Retreat, and see how my family was getting on. It looks like the constant blazes has had a major impact on their outlook on life now. Within five minutes a fire started - Cassandra gave me a look of bored resignation - it's obvious to me now they have all become accustomed to this new way of life.
Even when putting out the fires she does it in a functional way, fear has long since gone, all that is left is mild frustration and acceptance.
They don't even bother moving or altering their conversations now, even when it is them that's on fire...
Sometimes they have a little fun with it by performing magic tricks...
Sometimes though, something even they couldn't predict happens, like a ball of clay igniting itself and their child even though they were a long way away from the current blaze...
My sim on the far right sums it all up with such a severe look of incredulity regarding her situation and what had just happened to their youngest, that I just had to do something...
The camp has now been bulldozed and I have removed all the fireplaces from their home lot. Not a successful holiday for them overall.

So being as a day has past since my sim's outdoor retreat nightmare I posted before, I thought I'd see what they were up to.
Ember seems to have thrown herself into her comedy as a way of coping with it all...
Her daughter Rinko seems to have sunk into a world of fantasy, she rarely leaves the jungle jim now - she much prefers her new life in space.
Their robot maid's programming became a bit corrupted...
and she became violent.
and as for poor Mo...
well she hit the bottle pretty hard
Spectra was already annoyed at being harassed by Jimmy Hill (UK's football pundit and chin stroker) outside their house, but when he was joined by one of the rangers from their nightmare vacation...
Well she went a bit feral
Poor Cassandra Goth faired no better when she went off to the local park to clear her demons. She dealt with the other spawned Ranger with dignity I thought.
That's fantastic EmberDahl. I hadn't seen those ones before. What a crappy vacation for your sims - and mine were upset that they couldn't fish or hike together. I'll be telling them to pull themselves together and stop their complaining

The family trees so lovingly implemented in a previous patch will mean nothing, as countless Sims, young and old will be wiped from existence to make way for your ridiculous lack of thought and an army of alien spawn."

Well I thought being as I'm a regular character now, I might as well sort my clothing out – Yikes, you should have seen the shocking wardrobe malfunctions they spawned me with, I mean trilby, yellow frilly shirt and flip-flops - crazy”
“Look I'm sorry, I'm feeling a bit odd.” sighed Mr, Sausages. “I have no idea why. I don't even have the urge to set fire to you for some reason. Anyway, I thought you would be happy, they are your people after all”
“No, I'm a local, well sort of.” explained Charlene. “I'm half Sim half Alien from another creators game. In that universe my Mother got impregnated by one of them, a hit and run. Dirty beast! But, still, she was overjoyed when I turned up and luckily her husband understood and accepted the situation. Unfortunately I never got the chance to talk to him......sniff....because my birth had pushed the population limit to over 180. He was gone the next time the game ...sniff...loaded.
When I was old enough I managed...blub...to escape to your game through the library portal. I've been keeping an eye on the situation here from the very beginning.”
“What a sad, sad story.” said a genuinely touched Mr. Sausages. “Oh this is getting weird now, why do I care? Probably the lack of food” he added, slyly wiping away a tear.
“Did you manage to sort me out a bit of something to eat Charlene? My stomach is really feeling wobbly.”
“Of course I didn't Sausages, as soon as you left the lot my actions were cancelled, I've been dancing to Christmas music for the last four hours.” said Charlene.
“Fine! I'll make it myself”, fumed Sausages, “You are so getting shifted from my household in the morning”
Next day at work Asper Destra was the first to notice something a little different about Mr. Sausages.
“Errrm, he just had too many cupcakes last night Miss Destra” squirmed Charlene.
The first job on Mr. Sausages to do list, was sorting out that back-stabbing robot, he disabled him for the time being, and managed to not only upgrade Miss Fluffy, but also create a handy portal to that alien world he had seen through the UFO's view-screen while a distracted alien was trying his best to extract a gardening decoration from where his suns don't shine.
“Hey Charlene, I forgot to say how nice it is to see you back in the lab!” said Mr. Sausages cheerfully. “I'm sorry I had to blast you and make you change clothes earlier, it's a new thing they have me doing three times a day now. But it allowed me to get promoted so I could upgrade my SimRay. A couple of minutes ago I completely lost control of my bladder for some reason.
Now look at this...If I just zap old green fingers here...”
“Shazam, she's mopping up my acrid puddle without even losing her lunch.”
“Charming!” said Charlene, “Look, I noticed you making that portal earlier, do you want me to come over and add a bit of brute force to the proceedings?”
"fzzzzzzzcracklezuuurf" said Miss Fluffy.
“Well, I must admit Charlene, I'm impressed at your eagerness to maim, but no... You stay out of harms way,.... I brought this on everyone, so really this is something I have to do on my own” said Mr. Sausages melodramatically. “Oh for Plum's sake what is wrong with me today, why am I getting these disgustingly caring thoughts?”
Back at home, Mr. Sausages started to calibrate his new toy. Within minutes he had successfully tuned it in and opened up the portal to the other dimension.
Mr. Sausages decided to test it first by passing some solid matter through first before going through himself.
“Well you won't get a more solid matter than that” thought Mr. Sausages
“That's a couple of pounds worth of Angry Poop for you lads!!! It's your fault, you brought this on yourselves. All your probing has really increased the angriness of that one.” shouted Mr. Sausages into the swirling void. "How's that for a captain's log?"
'fssssshhooooom'
“Greeti...”
“Chomp, chomp, chomp.”
“............Chomp”
“Sigh.......chomp chomp”
“You know, I ummed and arrrred about the predictability of doing this to you mate...I mean let's face it, this is about the fifth time at least, that I've done the whole 'freezing before finishing a sentence' joke now.” said Mr. Sausages to the iced alien.
“The way I try to justify it,” continued Mr. Sausages, placing the alien in an air tight glass case, “Is to make out it's a clever satire on the repetitious nature of the tasks I have to endure at my new working environment just to get promoted... but both you and me knows that's a lie . You were always going to get frozen for a cheap laugh.”
“Anyway...Nighty night!" said Mr. Sausages. "See you in the morning.”
@EmberDahl I've read a couple of Psychosausage's adventures they're really funny but I can't help but feel for the guy Who wouldn't be psychotically enraged if they had to spend their entire life with an un-removable ketchup stain down their front
