The Cupcakery is very nice! It will be great to use as a bakery when GTW is released! The roofing is very nice! The octagonal shape of the exterior of the venue is very nice! It looks nice the types of and how you have placed the windows in the build. The hedge fencing looks nice around the edges of the build. Nice outdoors umbrella covered table patio area for sims to enjoy eating outdoors. Very nice layout of the interior of the venue! Very nice upper level of the build! It looks nice how you have set up the tables and chairs there. Sims will have very nice views through the windows whilst sitting eating and drinking there. The blue wall tiling in the kitchen is nice. It is great that you have placed the cupcake machine there and that you have double stoves in the kitchen. Sims will enjoy creating cupcakes and cooking meals in the stoves, for sims to eat in the dining area. It looks nice how you have set up the counter area ready for registers. The different colours of the pattern on the wall there creates a very nice look. The cutlery on the wall looks great.
It will be a great shop venue for GTW !

Hastings House is very nice! The exterior design of the home is very nice! Very nice roofing! The textures and colours of the exterior are nice. It looks nice how you have placed the flowers either sides of the front steps for sims to enjoy seeing when entering the home. Very nice back outdoors living and pool patio! Sims will have fun swimming in the pool, or enjoy sitting at the umbrella covered dining table enjoying eating meals that they have cooked on the back porch bbq. The flowers look very pretty how you have placed them there! The type of fencing you have used looks nice, and nice ground texture of the patio . Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior of the home. The living room is nice. Great tv watching alcove. Sims will enjioy sitting resting on the sofa watching tv or reading a book from the bookcase. Child sims will enjoy doing artwork on the art table. Nice window computer study desk area in the recreation room. Sims will enjiy the sunshine coming in onto them through the windows whilst using the computer there. It is nice that they will enjoy listening to the musical instrument being played whilst having fun playing chess there. Very nice design of the kitchen! It looks nice the type of and how you have placed the kitchen cabinets. The wall texture looks great wuth the cabinets. The island sink counter is great! The fruit bowl is a nice kitchen touch on the counter. Nice dining area for sims to enjoy eating their meals. The blue gingham wall pattern in the kids room looks nice. It looks great how you have done the study desk corner of counters! The books, pencils and tissue box are nice home touches on the counters. The plant on the bedside table is nice there. Nice calm colour scheme of the master bedroom. The pictures on the bedhead wall add a nice look in the room. It is nice that you have used the triangular bath tub in the master bathroom. The robes hanging on the wall look nice there and it looks great how you have placed the towels at different levels on the wall.
The home is very nice!
