    Does anyone else use sims of the opposite gender other than their own gender?

    I'm a guy and i always make girl sims i rarely make guy sims, anyone else do this?

      Funny, I never thought about it. I always start my games with a female and I am a female.
      I might continue the story with a son but I never start with a male.

      Rarely. I just... male sims kind of bore me tbh, there's just not enough content for them and it's harder to make them look good and I'm shallow and like to play with good looking sims, so I just generally play female sims because they look better. LOL.

      ya i never use males for the same reason that and all the custom content out there is mainly for girl sims

      Playing with girls is more fun. Guys in The Sims have always been meh to me. Plus, girls are more customisable.

      I'm the same way. Have a number of different saved games, and only two of them started with a dude. Of those two, I only made one of them in CAS. I think it can be easier to come up with distinct female character designs.

      I'm a guy but I generally make more female sims. I play both male and female equally in the game though.

      Yeah, if the household has females in it I control them just like the others. I gotta admit, I create more males than females :blush:

      I try to mix it up mostly, I like to keep a gender balance in my game. However in games where I use CC (TS3 & 3) I'm more partial to making and playing female Sims because they're much more fun to make with all the pretty hair, make up and clothes. In Sims 4 though, I'm pretty equal with males and females.
