Your two builds Enchanted Park of Magic and Modern Sandstone Symphony are very nice! @/ReneVeronicaZIta I have posted about them on your showcase thread. They are great builds!
Take your kids or friends to the Park. Legend has it that Peter Pan himself used this park as his hideout. lol The big rocks can be found at Mode The Sims4. The rest is CC Freee
It's a shame that there is not enough time to see all the spectacular creations out there. Thanks so much for creating this thread to help showcase some of them.
Your Born with a silver spoon and Peter Pan park builds are very nice! Zita1966 I have posted about them on your showcase thread. The designs of them are very great! The rock and water fountains features in the builds are very nice!
Here's my “Techies and Trekkies”, a home perfect for Geniuses looking to hone their logic, Handiness, Rocket Science, Gaming and Gardening skills. (I left out computers…figuring Simmers could pick their own) It also is great for those sims looking to complete their collections.A True Geek Paradise!
well what I create is usually what I need for my sims to use. My curent lot is a mixture between what I love and what I hate. From the outside to me it looks awful:
Not everything from the inside I like and the rooms that I do like I uploaded to the gallery.
First floor:
Second floor:
the only thing that I really love from the second floor is the tiny bathroom.
From the first floor my favorite rooms are my chill out room:
and my painters work room:
Other rooms that I think are alright:
music room(it also has a guitar, but it's obscured):
my bar (pardon the garbage):
and my "put everything that wouldn't fit well into other rooms" room:
Search for mirta000 in the galery if any of these rooms interest you
Your two homes are very nice! @treece01 I have posted about them on your showcase thread. Sims will enjoy using the different skill items and builfing up their skills at your Techies and Trekkies home!
The layout of your home is very nice @midta000 Sims will enjoy painting on the easel in the art studio. The art thrned decor look great there. Nice outdoors pool area for sims to have fun swimming in the pool, or enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating their meals at the table in the outside air. The bar room is nice. Sims will enjoy listening to music from the stereo whilst enjoying sitting on the stools having a chat and a drink from the bar. The music room is nice. It is nice that you have placed a sofa there for sims to enjoy sitting, resting and listening to the music being played. Your ghost sims looks like they are having fun playing the piano there! Very nice futnishing of the tv and games room. The pictures on the wall are nice for sims to see when sitting on the seats there. Nice tv watching nook area. Sims will have fun playing chess there at the chess table.
It is a very nice home

aww, thank you so much
I did some rebuilding for the top floor and the outside. I'm still not finished yet, but I think I prefer my new build over the old one. I don't want to move the bottom floor that much as my favorite rooms are there, so I keep on changing the second floor to make the house less awkward ^.^
This way I like the front of the house better:
But the back a bit less, so changes incoming there most likely:
And the top layout got changed to accommodate a huge room just for the children. But really I keep on wanting to split it in two and make a child's bedroom and a child's toy room.
Other than that I'm really impressed by other peoples creations. Everyone is making such charming little houses. I end up going big and my house ends up looking awkward from the outside -_- I might start searching for castle designs and trying to mimic them or something sometime soon.
