I like the architectural part, it really reflects well from the real house in Philippines. Great use of traditional windows too. I also love the landscaping part. Great use of plants, they fit well on this lot. Nice backyard area too. I like the placement of outdoor trash bin and hose reel. Your interior part is very gorgeous as well. I like the use of basic furniture in your build. Nice bedroom too, I like the color scheme.

I downloaded one of your lots Dippy. Only problem I had was my sims couldn't flush the toilet in one of the bathrooms. I had to delete the toilet and add a new one in a slightly different position. Overall I love the house (and have just added a pool in the backyard as I think this one was made prior to pools).

I like the use of plants in your lot, they fit well. I also like your backyard. It is nice that you added a pool with a jacuzzi alike too. Great bar porch area too, and even a tree house/clubhouse for kids. With toys and monkey bars, your child sims can enjoy more by either taking a dip in a pool, or play with their monkey bars or toys. Your interior part looks very stunning as well. I like the mixture of modern/contemporary and basic in your furnishing. It is great that your built a skill room and gym, that's almost all skill objects in one lot. I also like the of cabinetry too.

Maybeck is a very nice home! The exterior design of it is very great! The roofing looks very nice, and great texture of the exterior. It looks very nice how you have placed the windows in the build.It looks very nice how you have placed the flowers on the front edges of the home. The hedge fencing looks nice how you have placed it on the edges of the lot. The covered over front porchway entrance to the home looks nice. Very nice back outdoors living deck areas! The covered over bar deck with the pool around it looks very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools there having a drink, whilst other sims having fun swimming in the pool. It looks very nice how you have done the roofing and used the columns there. The white table stools are a nice touch there poolside, and it looks nice how you have placed the plants either side of them. Very nice raised deck outdoors kitchen and dining area! The plants and flowers around the edge of the area look very nice! It looks very nice you have done the pattern on the floor there. Nice plunge pool deck area where sims can enjoy relaxing poolside on the chairs that you have placed there. It looks nice how you have placed the lights on the edges of the pool. It looks nice how you have used the steps through the outdoors areas. The tree house is great! Child sims will have fun playing on the monkey bars on the lower level and will have fun playing with the toys on the upper level. Great gardening nook area for sims to enjoy growing and harvesting plants in the boxes.. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! Very nice living room! It looks nice how you have placed the sofas there. Great piano and guitar nook area there for sims to enjoy sitting on the sofas listening to the music being played on the instruments. They will have fun playing chess at the side wall chess table. The stone texture of the walls looks nice. The dining room is very nice! The flowers on the table top are nice for sims to see when dining there. The fruit bowl and teaset on the side wall table are nice tiuches there in the room Very nice design of the kitchen! The furnishing and layout of the kitchen is very nice! The island oval counter is great! It is great that you have two sinks in the counter. It looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets! It is great that you have two stoves. Very nice window alcove eat in nook area! Sims will enjoy there meals there, with the sunlight coming in through the windows. The fruit bowl and teaset are nice touches on the ledge there too. It looks very nice how you have dobe the curtains and blinds through the home.Nice arnchairs reading area in the kitchen too for sims to enjoy sitting resting and reading a book from the bookcase. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The green colour scheme of the master bedroom looks very nice. It looks very nice how you have placed the cabinets to create a table alcove. Nice armchairs and sofa sitting area in the room. The scenic picture on the bedhead wall is nice for sims to see when waking in the mornings. Nice window study desk nook area in the other double bedroom for sims to enjoy looking outdoors through the window whilst sitting there using the computer. Sims will enjoy doing woodworking on the table and cooking cupcakes on the machine in their home. The texture that you have used for the walls of that room looks nice. Great gym area for sims to enjoy keeping fit using the different types of equipment.

The finished product is lovely and it is such a grand home. Love the architecture and the back patio areas. That covered bar area is genius! The interior is so homely and well decorated.

The idea of the tree house is amazing. I couldn't understand what it was, then I saw the bear and I got it. My children are going to love it!
I really like the exterior, the back, the garden, stone walls!
And I love the interior too. Expecially the use of the counters in very different rooms.
The great thing is that there's only one floor, no stairs! Love it.
Maybeck is simply stunning! The architecture is gorgeous and I am loving the outside entertainment area. The pool areas with different levels, the gazebo and the tree house looks so pretty. Great job Dippy! Already added to my favourites.
