It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds

I have posted about your Desert Living home on your other thread. Country Living is a very nice home!

Very nice exterior of it! The curved roofing, the texture of the exterior and the red colour that you have used looks very nice. The flower box windows look nice. Very nice layout of the build. The type of fencing that you have used suits the type of home. It looks very nice how you have used the wedding arch as an entryway through to the harvestable gardening area. Sims will enjoy growing and harvesting plants in the gardening boxes there. The gnome there looks cute! Great outdoors living area for sims to enjoy sitting at the picnic table eating a meal outdoors, or child sims can have fun playing on the monkey bars. The cartons, table and gardening hose on the side wall of the home are great outdoors touches. Nice furnishing of the interior of the home. Very nice living room for sims to enjoy sitting resting on the sofas there watching TV or reading a book from the bookcase. The patterned floor rug there looks nice. It looks nice how you have placed the yellow flowers on the table behind the sofa. They are sunny for sims to see when sitting there. The teddy in the kids room looks cute! Great study desk nook corner in their bedroom for them to sit at the table and use a computer or read a book. The floral pattern on the wall in the master bedroom looks nice. Nice dining nook off from the kitchen for sims to enjoy eating their meals. The kitchen and dining wall pattern suits the country living theme.
It is a very nice home

@yanti68 just under 19K (I believe 18,800); it will leave enough to get by with until the bills start rolling in if you play without cheats

I have seen those homes that are used as background to fill out the world and one I really liked. Since those homes are not available for play I decided to recreate it as best as I can (with a few moderation for game play). Introducing Garden Manor! It is a large 4 bedroom/3 bath home with a pool and garden area. A small nursery is located just off the master bedroom as well. Large music area included, perfect for any budding musician.

Garden Manor is a very nice home!

The exterior of the house is very nice! It looks very nice how you have used the spandrels and columns in the build! The front porch and upper balconies are very nice! It looks nice how you have the two sets of stairs at the front of the home. Sims will enjoy sitting on the front porch seat watching sims passing their house. The floral cart looks nice on the porch. It looks nice the types of and how you have placed the windows in the build. Very back patio pool and outdoirs living area! Sims will have fun swimming in the pool there or playng horseshoes. The paving that you have used for the patio is nice. Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq there and eating their meals at the umbrella covered table in the sunshine. The corner flowers and tree area is nice. It looks nice how you have lined the edges of the patio with the plants. It looks nice how you have used the hedge fencing and hedge arch to create a gardening nook area. Sims will enjoy growing and harvesting plants there. It looks great how you have used the terrain paint to do a pathway from the garden to the pool patio. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home. The kitchen and dining area is very nice! It is nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets, and the hanging pots, tea set, and mugs rack are nice home touches there. The computer study desk nook is nice! Sims will be enjoy sitting on the stool there using the computer. Nice window dining area. Sims will enjoy having the sunlight coming in through the windows whilst eating their meals. The fruit pictures on the walls and fruit bowl on the table add a nice look to the area, and are nice for sims to see when dining there. Very nice music and comedy performsnce window alcove! Sims will enjoy playing the piano or performing there. The type of and blue colour of the curtains there look nice. Very nice living room! It looks very nice how you have placed the cabinets aroind the tv to create a tv alcove. The flowers look nice how you have placed them on top of the cabinets. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa or armchair watching tv or listening to music from the music player. The scenic picture on the wall is nice for sims to see when sitting there. The bedrooms are nice. Nice patterns and prints that you have used for the bedroom walls. It looks nice how you have a dinosaur themed kids bedroom. Nice armchairs sitting area in the nursery for parent sims to enjoy sitting there watching their child whilst asleep. Nice study desk corners in the master and girls bedrooms for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table and coubter having a read or using a computer. Sims will enjoy watching tv whilst laying in bed in the girls bedroom. The flowers on the bedside table are nice for sims to see when waking in the mornings.Child sims will enjoy doing artwork on the art table in the playroom , or enjoy reading a book at the window table. The lady bug toy and floor mat look cute there!

I am playing a new legacy family (yay family trees!!) and liked how my cheap home turned out. I re-built it on a smaller plot, moved it to Oasis Springs, and have now uploaded it! Not a lot of pictures for this one since there isn't a whole lot of home

The Double Wide Starter is very nice!

The curved roofing and the two windows at the front of the home looks nice. The flowers look pretty how you have placed them on the front edge of the home. Nice sitting area on the front porch, for sims to enjoy sitting outdoors in the sunshine. The butterfly seats look nice with the colour of the exteriot of the home. The flamingo is a nice touch beside the mail box. Great layout of the interior of the home. Great study desk area for sims to enjoy sitting at the table using a computer or having a read, and it looks nice how you have placed and angled the dining table.
It is a great starter home

Corner Cottage is a house I was working on pre-update/expansion so there is nothing fun in this one like basements! A basement would be easy to put in however as there is room for stairs leading down next to the stairs leading up! It has three bedrooms and three baths. It is under 80K so not super expensive but not a starter!! Hope you enjoy

Corner Cottage is very nice!

The exterior of the home is very nice! Very nice front tower! The stone texture of the tower looks nice. The open shutter windows and the planter box windows look very nice that you have used in the build, and the placement of them looks nice. The hedge fencing around the edges of the lot looks nice and it is nice that you have a hedge arch gate for sims to enter the lot through. Very nice front and back porches and upper balcony! It looks very nice how you have used the spandrels. Nice back patio area for sims to enjoy cooking on the BBQ and eating meals in the outdoors at the umbrella covered table. The paving there looks nice. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The clothes shelf and shoes rack are nice homely touches in the foyer area. The yellow flowers on the table and the yellow flowers picture on the wall are nice sunny sights for sims to see when entering the home. The open plan layout of the kitchen, dining and living room looks nice. Very nice design of the kitchen! It looks nice how you have used the spandrels to separate off the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets look nice how you have placed them on the walls. The red colour of the walls gives a nice look to the area. The fruit pictures on the dining area wall are nice for sims to see whilst are sitting at the dining table enjoying eating a meal. Very nice living room. The books and plant on the TV table and the flowers on the table behind the sofa are nice touches in the room. Sims will enjoy sitting on the sofa or armchairs there watching TV or having a chat. . The den is very nice! The wall pattern is very nice, and the type of curtains that you have used there look nice. Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk having a read. The green plant is a nice nature touch in front of the windows between the armchairs. Very nice colour schemes of the bedrooms! The dinosaur themed kids bedroom looks great! The pink and grey colour scheme of the teens room looks very nice. The brick texture on the study desk wall looks nice with the pink colour of the side wall. The posters look great on the walls. The floral themed wall pattern in the master bedroom looks very nice. The flowers picture on the bed area wall is nice for sims to see when waking up in the morning. It is nice that you have double sinks in the master bathroom. The tissue box, soap and toothbrushes are nice touches on the sink counter.

I am a cottage fan, but I wanted to try my hand at building a modern house. Modern Oasis is a three bedroom, three bath monochromatic home.
