Canterbury is a very nice starter cottage! The roofing and the type of windows that you have used look nice. The flowers in the front area of the build and the small trees either side of the front porch are very nice for sims to see when coming home. Great layout of the interior of the home. Nice kitchen area. It looks great how you have placed the kitchen cabinets there, Sims will like the sunlight coming in through the kitchen windows whilst cooking meals. Very nice pots and pans alcove between the windows. Great side wall study table for sims to sit at and read a book. The yellow flowers picture on the wall there is sunny for sims to enjoy seeing. The flowers on the dining table are nice for sims to see whilst eating there, and the birds pictures on the wall are a nice touch. Nice wall patterns and colours that you have used for the bedroom and living room walls. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofas watching tv. The green plant beside the front door is nice for sims to see when they enter the home.

A two bedroom English stone cottage with a large garden. The new owner could if desired demolish the fountain on the back patio and replace it with a swimming pool as soon as the patch is ready...can you tell I am looking forward to pools coming back?!

Derbyshire is a very nice home! Very nice exterior of it! The stonewall texture of the exterior, the dormers and the flower box windows look very nicel The flowers look very pretty in the front area of the build! It looks great how you have placed the tree plants, and the curved pathway looks very nice.Very nice backyard area of the home! The water fountain feature looks very nice! Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating their meal outdoors in the sunshine at the table there, with the nice sight of the water fountains nearby to enjoy seeing. The flowers look very nice how you have placed them on the edges of the house. The ground flooring texture looks Nixe, Child sims will have fun playing on the monkey bars. Very nice layout of the interior of the home and very nice furnishing of it! It is great that you have uploaded the open plan living area room up to the gallery. Very nice dining area! It looks great how you have done the window table alcove there! The fruit bowl and tea set look nice on the table and the display cabinets look great either side of the table. Great design of the kitchen area! The pans on the wall between the windows looks great. Very nice living room area where sims can enjoy sitting resting on the sofas there enjoying watching tv or reading a book from the bookcase. The yellow colour of the sofas look very nice, and the yellow flowers picture on the wall is nice and sunny for sims to enjoy seeing when sitting there.The yellow colour of the living area walls looks very nice. Very nice bathroom! It looks great how you have donethe sink alcove there! It looks great how you have placed the cabinets there! The double sinks look great. The bedrooms are nice. Great study desk nook area in the master bedroom. The drapes on the bedhead wall look nice there. The coat stand in the foyer of the house is a nice touch. It looks so very nice how you have done the outdoors harvestable plants garden area! It looks very nice how you have placed the hedge fencing around it and have used the hedge arch there. The rocks flooring looks great.

@DippyDesigns - I really like Derbyshire. I think the entrance way is a great touch and the landscaping really well done! Also have to compliment you on using yellow in the kitchen. I don't see many people use yellow in their builds and it's refreshing.

Very nice living room, for sims to enjoy sitting and chatting. It looks great how you have used both yellow and black coloured sofas there. The fruit bowl is a nice touch on the coffee table. Very nice double bedroom! It looks very nice how you have placed the cabinets around the tv, and also they look great around the bedhead to create an alcove area! Very nice master bathroom! It looks nice how you have placed the shelves there, and it looks very nice the type of and how you have placed the windows on the walls of the corner bath tub area! Very nice furnishing of the kids bedroom and the nursery . Nice colours and pattern that you have used for the walls. The teddy, rhino and giraffe in the rooms look very cute! The animal pictures on the nursery wall look happy and nice. Very nice upper balcony areas for sims to have fun playing chess or enjoy painting on the easel or using the computers at the study table. The curved study counters nook area looks great! Child sims will like using the science table.

YAY for 2 new builds Dippy! I love both but my favourite is the Derbyshire cottage! So delightfully English! Big fan of that style of architecture! Lovely garden and beautiful interiors. The modern build looks fantastic too. Especially the interiors. Especially love the bedrooms. Great job!
Thanks Yanti, Derbyshire was definitely English My daughter is nine and she likes the modern builds, so that was one I build for her to play with, hence the kids bedrooms and nursery, and the slightly quirky architecture with the balconies, I was showing her the new build tools and we were pulling and pushing all over the place. I don't usually do that many bedrooms so I am glad you liked them (hugs)
